According to the description, I liked the hotel and after a week's rest, we decided that the choice was right. I will try to write briefly in order. There were three of us: father, mother and daughter of 12 years old. We were at the hotel at lunchtime, they put on green bracelets and sent us to lunch. After dinner we were taken to our room. The room is good with a minimum of necessary furniture, clean, everything worked properly. There are no questions about the room or cleaning. The territory is large, especially if you take into account the neighboring two hotels (Sea world and Aqua Vista), access to which is free, then this is not a large, but a huge territory, you can walk, take pictures, as well as have a bite to eat in bars and ride a rollercoaster in all hotels. The daughter went down from all possible slides, it’s not realistic to pull out of the water park)). We also rode, cool. But for me and my husband, the most important thing is the sea. Pleased. Although our hotel is the second line, not far from the sea, on foot, slowly less than 10 minutes. There seems to be a free shuttle, but we never went. Where better to go. Beach from Beach Albatros Hotel, large, sandy. There is a sandy gentle entry into the sea and from the pier, swim in the depths, see the fish, but they are not very diverse. The beach is more than satisfied, spacious. There are comments on nutrition, but I write it off “for taste and color”, in general, each of us found for ourselves what we liked, we were not hungry. Snacks in the form of fast food at the bars are also present and ice cream. As for entertainment, ours is beach volleyball, it's a pleasure, the rest of the time there is only a water park and the sea. In the evening at the mini disco, after it they went to rest. We also went on excursions, although this is not directly related to the hotel, since we did not order from the hotel guide. We visited El Gouna, the Grand Aquarium, swam to Utopia, here at least we saw a beautiful underwater world))) As for the staff at the hotel, I can’t say anything bad. Everyone is set up positively and friendly, there was no familiarity or disrespect towards us. Service is normal. There is free Wi-Fi, early in the morning it pulls perfectly, in the evening you don’t have to try. Who needs a connection all the time - better a local SIM card with the Internet. In conclusion, I will say that the hotel is perfect for families with children. The daughter is delighted, she said that next time we will come only here)). Deserves its 4 stars.
