Traveled as a family with a 12 year old. Impressions are ambiguous. Check-in is delayed, even the most “persistent” tourists were given tea, everyone was very tired after the flight and wanted to check in as soon as possible, but probably it was possible to wait 3-4 hours. The rooms are “tired”, not cleaned very well, the air conditioner is buzzing like crazy, there are no mini cosmetics, only soap in the dispenser, there are toiletries, a refrigerator, only water from drinks. The territory is very beautiful, flowers, palm trees, cozy. Nice water park but more for kids. The food is good, varied and tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful only through a tip, you don’t give a tip - the service is independent : )) The beach is not bad, across the road, walk three minutes through the neighboring hotel. Good animation, there is something to do with children. A wonderful hotel guide Mohammed (Teztur), an unobtrusive, pleasant young man, picks up excursions honestly, without "vaping". In general, the impressions are normal, but not Wow : )), if you don’t bother, as we did, then the rest is very personal. But still we will not go to this hotel for the second time.
