We rested in this hotel from April 6 to April 17.2019 together with a child of 12 years old. Settlement: settled us in 15 minutes in a new, wonderful room 5451 in a new, newly built building. There is a kettle and a mini set of tea and coffee in the room, a spacious bathroom, a hairdryer, a set of mini cosmetics, the water is very hot at any time. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. The water in the room is constantly updated. Cleaning: the room was cleaned every day, the territory is cleaned twice - in the morning and in the evening (be careful, the tiles can be slippery). The territory itself is large, green, Egyptian herons roam, drink water from pools and beg for food near restaurants. There are many slides for different tastes - for the smallest, older and adults. Heated pools and even if it's windy and cloudy outside, the pool is beautiful. Sometimes there are not enough sunbeds, I would like more, we did not always find a free place. Animation Entertainment: Starting at 10 am, two guys and two girls invite to water aerobics, step aerobics, stretching, oriental dancing, there was a foam party in the afternoon, some competitions for children and adults. not boring. Every day - an evening performance, once there were invited musicians and near each restaurant - live music. Food: we were never hungry, there was no need to have a snack near the pools, although people dragged hot dogs, ice cream and french fries. For breakfast, boiled and fried eggs, pancakes with different jams, breakfast cereals with milk, a lot of fresh and stewed vegetables, falafel, eggplant, a couple of types of sausages, sausages, soft cheese, pastries, desserts. For lunch and dinner, chicken, fish, beef in different variations, stewed, fried in the diet menu - boiled, side dishes - pasta, potatoes and rice. There are a lot of vegetables in any form. For dinner they gave turkey, crabs, tuna, a couple of times shrimp. Everything is delicious, fresh, we did not have any problems with the stomach. I cook almost the same dishes at home, I love spices, so there were no options “nothing to eat” or “didn’t eat at dinner, you need to catch up at the bar”. We adhere to a healthy diet, arranged everything. The waiters are smart, the chefs are neat and friendly. Staff: everyone is friendly, ready to help, at the reception they speak English, German, Russian, you can always explain yourself. I did not notice any difference in attitude towards tourists from different countries. Communicated with the staff in Russian, if there were problems - switched to English or German. Everyone smiles, constantly asking if everything suits. Honestly, thank you all for the good reception!
Beach: without corals and stones, sandy, the entrance is common for everyone, swimming in the territory fenced with buoys, slippers are not needed, the beach itself is not big, but there is enough space. Our sunbeds were on the left side, they were quite enough. You can go to a wild beach, there are waves, but also stones, we did not risk it. From the pier you can see fish and crabs. The sea was cool, but it was even a plus - while the German tourists huddled on the shore, we splashed in the sea. The bus runs every 10-15 minutes, but it's really not far to walk. Internet: sadness. Wi-Fi catches in the lobby, at 5 am catches in the room. Sometimes : -))
Excursions: we took Paradise Island and Cairo from Coral. Never regretted. Guide to Cairo Rais is generally a separate issue - a sea of ​ ​ information not only about ancient but also modern Egypt. On Paradise Island they swam with masks in corals, spent three hours on the island itself. Take plenty of water on excursions. Plus, we took sandwiches and fruit from dinner (dry rations are very meager, you should not count on it).

I was very pleased that during our holiday the guests were mostly Germans and smiling French, and only at the end of the holiday a family of compatriots arrived with disgruntled faces, the lady yelled at her husband throughout the restaurant that he took little meat and a lot of tomatoes and was ashamed that we represent one country.
Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely recommend, especially to families with children. The main thing is to tune in to the positive, leave the "crown" at home and enjoy your vacation. The child is already asking for a return : -))
