We got to the hotel by accident - on the recommendation of a travel agency operator. Recommended as a good place for children.
Settled first in a room on the 3rd floor, the last one with a view of ...a construction dump behind the hotel's fence. (There is a photo, those who wish can see it) Mda-ah-ah-ah ...The room has furniture from the beginning of the 1905 revolution. The smell in the room - household chemicals are resting! Situation! At first, I wanted to send everyone in Russian, including the tour operator. After a visit to the reception and a brief explanation about the existing allergy to household chemicals, moreover, in German, a key was issued to another room, moreover, without any delay. A double room with an 8-year-old daughter turned out to be a 3-bed room, bright, spacious, but with an air conditioner not working for heating. In the conditions of the February Egyptian evening, this fact caused a lot of indignation in me, a heat-loving one. The first two nights it was freezing cold!
After a statement at the reception, after 15 minutes, an air conditioning service engineer appeared. 10 minutes poshamanil and the picture came to life! In the evening, I turned on the air conditioner for 30 minutes at 30 degrees Celsius and everything was fine! On this, the negative aspects of the holiday are over!
There were no comments on the quality of service. The food is decent! 26 types of salad for breakfast-lunch-dinner. Speaking of dinner. On the 4th day, we went to an Italian restaurant for dinner. Quiet, calm, cozy, very tasty. And seats up to 50 people, in contrast to the restaurant of the general complex. We went there for dinner later on. In addition, you can try pizza (if you wish). It was cool to swim in the unheated pools. I didn’t want to leave the heated ones, it was great. Of the 4 water slides, 3 were constantly working, there were also enough of them. The daughter did not leave the hill. I rode with great pleasure, not paying attention to the temperature of the water in the unheated pool!
