Good day!
We got to the hotel by accident - on the recommendation of a travel agency operator. Recommended as a good place for children.

Settled first in a room on the 3rd floor, the last one with a view of ...a construction dump behind the hotel's fence. (There is a photo, those who wish can see it) Mda-ah-ah-ah ...The room has furniture from the beginning of the 1905 revolution. The smell in the room - household chemicals are resting! Situation! At first, I wanted to send everyone in Russian, including the tour operator. After a visit to the reception and a brief explanation about the existing allergy to household chemicals, moreover, in German, a key was issued to another room, moreover, without any delay. A double room with an 8-year-old daughter turned out to be a 3-bed room, bright, spacious, but with an air conditioner not working for heating. In the conditions of the February Egyptian evening, this fact caused a lot of indignation in me, a heat-loving one. The first two nights it was freezing cold!
After a statement at the reception, after 15 minutes, an air conditioning service engineer appeared. 10 minutes poshamanil and the picture came to life! In the evening, I turned on the air conditioner for 30 minutes at 30 degrees Celsius and everything was fine! On this, the negative aspects of the holiday are over!

There were no comments on the quality of service. The food is decent! 26 types of salad for breakfast-lunch-dinner. Speaking of dinner. On the 4th day, we went to an Italian restaurant for dinner. Quiet, calm, cozy, very tasty. And seats up to 50 people, in contrast to the restaurant of the general complex. We went there for dinner later on. In addition, you can try pizza (if you wish). It was cool to swim in the unheated pools. I didn’t want to leave the heated ones, it was great. Of the 4 water slides, 3 were constantly working, there were also enough of them. The daughter did not leave the hill. I rode with great pleasure, not paying attention to the temperature of the water in the unheated pool!
Didn't want to leave! We will definitely return! Liked almost everything! The bus to the beach traveled regularly. And they didn't expect much. And we always had enough towels, but we dried them ourselves at lunchtime, on the balcony. They handed over only in the evening, and even then, not always. It is better to bring your own hair shampoo and shower gel, only liquid soap in the bathroom. Bed linen was changed regularly, but not every day. Cleaning was done daily, clean and tidy!
The staff is disciplined and tactful.

By the way, don't forget to tip! Don't be greedy, the average salary in Egypt is $60-100, for small bills you will be "loved" forever!

Traders of local shops are a little annoying, but it's their business, they feed their families! Bargain, don't be shy! I recommend to go to the shops only for shopping, if you don’t plan to buy, don’t go in, don’t waste their time. The Egyptians in this case, if they gave you more than a minute, they begin to get angry, even rude!
Smile and move on! Nerves are more expensive!
And be careful in the city! Have 2 wallets! One has small bills, the other has larger ones. When taking out money, try to stand at a distance so as not to let the assistant merchant pull the bill out of your wallet. He will help you pull out the desired bill to pay, but at the same time he will immediately have a smaller bill in his hand, sorry, he got the wrong one ....I was heated in this way by 20 pounds when buying strawberries. Moreover, a kid, 10-12 years old, was bargaining and climbing into his wallet ...You won’t give such a head to the head, and even older guys graze him ...Criminals, damn it! A trifle, but not pleasant ...
In Egypt, as well as in the city for shopping, it is better to travel in groups. The main thing is to be dosed in groups for normal travel in local minibuses. Tell the driver the price right away! 2-3 pounds to the local McDonald's is quite a decent price for one person. Payment at the exit, but you can also during the trip.
And in general, the impression is positive! We will definitely return there! Honestly!
Wait for us Albatross!
