The hotel is just HORRIBLE. Normal rooms are only in bungalows (but there is a minus often there is no water), the old building is just terrible (cockroaches, a terrible view from the windows, there are exclusive rooms on the 0th floor overlooking a brick wall 1 meter from your window), the reception is just arrogant liars watching in the eyes and brazenly lie (initially they gave a terrible room, after my hysteria they changed it to a "normal room" and swore they promised to change it to a good room in two days, in the end they offered a similar terrible room), the food is monotonous, a lot of vegetable salads with the addition of vermicelli, from fruit only oranges and dates. If, God forbid, you only took breakfast and dinner, then in the evening if you go to the tea stand (which, as it turned out, is not included in the price of my food, you will not be allowed to drink it, but will be taken out of the dining room) , I can understand everything 3 stars not 5, I understood that this is not a Hilton, for me the human attitude is important, which this institution does not have !! ! to spare guests a glass of tea, this is already too much. Don't spoil your vacation.
