Hotel ratings by criteria:
Rooms: 8.0
Service: 8.0
Cleanliness: 10.0
Food: 9.0
Amenities: 9.0
1. The territory of the hotel. This is an absolute plus, because it is very cozy and green, unlike huge hotels with three trees on the territory. A lot of beautiful, exotic vegetation.
2. Numbers. Without money, you can not count on a good room with a sea view. Due to inexperience, we did not pay at the reception and we got a room with windows overlooking the outside of the hotel. And yet, when we took a shower, the water did not drain, but accumulated on the floor in incredible quantities, we had to soak it with a rag. There are no complaints about the furniture, it is clean and pretty.
3. Beach. The sea is clean, the first line, no slippers, fish like in an aquarium. I was very surprised to read about diesel fuel and garbage. We have not seen anything like this. Minus - not enough sunbeds. Every time I had to look for a sunbed and drag it to a convenient place. It is also not so easy to find a shadow on this beach, there are clearly not enough umbrellas.

4. Kitchen. Definitely tasteless. Naturally, no one will be left hungry, but they don’t know how to cook there. The food, compared with reviews of other hotels, is quite varied, but all the food is "no". Even if crabs (given twice) they do not boil, but bake on a grill, you can imagine. Crab meat, which is already scarce, shrinks and sticks to the shell. Soups - some nightmarish mashed potatoes. In short, we really missed normal food. But, most likely, this is not a minus of the hotel, but a minus of a holiday in Egypt. They just don't know how to cook.
The waiters are slow is not the right word. Asking for napkins or a glass of beer can wait 20 minutes. If you come to the counter for wine or beer and they answer you: "I'll bring it to you, " don't be fooled, they don't bring it. Maybe it's some way to save money, I don't know. . .
5. Animation. Paid and very intrusive. In general, the entire paid service is VERY STRONGLY IMPOSED, they no longer knew where to hide from the masseur on the beach. Even when you sleep under an umbrella, it comes up and starts to load. Only one thing helps - to say that there is NO MONEY. Animation is themed parties with food and disco. Very weak, costs 10-20 $. You can sit a little further with your glass and hookah and watch it all for free, but to be honest, there is nothing to watch.
6. Excursions. We went on excursions from the operator Turtess. Diving is a sea of pleasure beyond words. Sahara Park - so-so, but in principle I liked it. There is still "fishing", but they did not hit it.
7. Orders in the hotel. Here is the worst.
You really can't carry anything. They can easily check bags at the entrance, which, you see, is unpleasant. If, for example, you want to drink when you are in your room, do not really go down for a glass of water! The room has a mini-bar (dwarf fridge), everything you take from there is VERY expensive.
If you have all inclusive, then you will have to learn what hours each bar is open. Like, ice cream for children from 15 to 17 bar in the lobby, cakes from 17 to 19 in another place, etc. The calculation is simple, a normal person will get it all quickly, he will stop keeping track of time and start taking something for money during "after hours".
In the yard there is always a huge cart with tangerines. In the early days, passing by, they took a couple of tangerines. On the third day, the manager said that tangerines are not allowed despite the all inclusive. A trifle, but nice.
Billiards and all that for a fee.

8. The staff looks friendly, but all the time they are trying to cheat on something. They hardly speak Russian.
9. Operator - Turtesse - 5 points. Everything is on the level: from the airport, to the airport, excursions. Although on the day of arrival we had to walk until 12 o'clock until the room was free. But this is already a minus for the hotel management. It is very hard to believe that they did not have a single free room.
10. The audience - Poles, Slovaks and Germans. There are very few of us.
In short, "I am tormented by vague doubts" - everything seems to be fine, and, of course, it cannot be compared with Crimea, but I don’t want to go to Bella Vista for the second time.
