Check-in was at 16.00, and we arrived at 5 am. Moreover, we settled not in our hotel in Paradise, but in the Golden Club, based on the fact that there are no places and tomorrow we will move you. Guide John Up is terrible, he can’t even help us, I had to yell. The next day we were moved to Paradis. They have places for their Arabs. In the kitchen, the food is monotonous, especially in the dining room on the ground floor, where there are a lot of Arabs, eternal noise for us. We went to eat at the Club and on the third floor at the so-called restaurant. Of the fruits were melons, watermelons, always oranges and bananas. We were the first time and the impressions are terrible from the hotel. The sea is super, the sand, there are reefs where you can see the fish. All furniture in the room is old. The room cleaning is not so hot, we gave a dollar, so at least something was cleaned. The pizza by the pool is disgusting, the burgers are also called them. We went to the water park, there are a lot of Arabs, there are queues on the slides, we didn’t like it. John Up's water park is not included in the voucher. There is devastation on the territory of the hotel, it seems that they are not repairing, but everything is being disassembled on the contrary. In general, I do not recommend this hotel.
