We rested at the Cindrella beach hotel from 19 to 27 October. The tour was bought from the tour operator PEGAS touristik. The hotel, as it was written in the documents, has 4 stars.
When we arrived in Egypt, it turned out that the hotel has only 3 stars, and as we realized later, not only in this PEGAS touristik deceived us ! ! It is located 35 km further from the airport than indicated on the Pegasus website. But the most unpleasant thing is that the hotel is located on the outskirts, around the desert, and only the neighboring hotel can be seen on the horizon. The nearest city, or rather the village of El Quseir, is located at a distance of 20-25 minutes by car and, accordingly, the prices to get there are not cheap (as Perag told us, the nearest city is 3 km away !! ).
The hotel was last refurbished over 20 years ago, the rooms look shabby. There is no bathroom anywhere in the rooms (in all bungalows there is only a shower, again the tour operator is cheating). Russian TV channels are missing!!!

The food is simply disgusting: salads are seasoned with something terribly sour, all dishes use a lot of local spices, which makes it simply impossible for a Russian person to eat them, from fruits there is only fodder tasteless melon and guava with spoiled oranges. Because of this, we were constantly half-starved (the only plus was that we managed to lose a few kilograms during the vacation).
One evening the administrator approached us and in broken English (no one speaks Russian in the hotel!!!!!!!!!! ) offered to eat tomorrow evening in their "restaurant" (it's hard to call it a restaurant, it's more correct to say a homemade hookah bar, sonorously called the Bedouin tent) seafood. We were promised a buffet of lobster, squid, shrimp, fish... and all this is a miracle for 20 euros per person. After consulting, 12 people decided that they would come to this "party" and asked for a $25 discount per person. The administrator said no problem, he will give us this discount and shook hands with everyone.
After that, tourists approached us, who had more rest in this hotel than us and said that it was not worth going there, several people approached the administrator and said that they would not come.
The next day, when we came to this dinner, they each brought us a plate where it was: 3 shrimp, half a crab without a claw, 2 fried squid rings, a small burnt fish and salads from our dining room. From drinks we were given a glass of beer or cola. When we asked to bring us another drink, we were told that the glasses were over. When we went to the bar ourselves, the administrator told us that your drink limit had been exhausted!!! ! And we were refused to pour anything in the bar.
After that, the administrator issued us an invoice for 12 people for 20 EURO. To our words that, firstly, there were fewer people, and, secondly, we agreed on 25 dollars, he said that this was not his problem and we should pay for it all. We started calling our guide Amin and asked him to come. To which Amin spoke on the phone with the administrator, the administrator said that our guide told us to pay the bill. More guide did not pick up the phone when we called him. The next day we came to the reception, where we were told that the limit of our calls to Amin had been exhausted!!!

We started to deal with the administrator, he twisted a piece of paper in front of us, where it was written that it was $25 per person and said that it was all garbage, they would not let you out of here until you paid 20 euros for 12 people.
In the afternoon, we accidentally snagged Amin, who said that he did not want us to see him and he did not want to solve our problems. We contacted the Moscow office of PEGAS touristik, where we were also told that we had to pay this bill. After that, there was nothing left for us, even if the head office, instead of telling the guide to come and sort it out, threw us. As a result, we had to pay 30 Euros per person.
On October 22, the only pool began to descend, and then it was completely drained. When we arrived in Moscow, information was posted on the PEGAS touristik website that the pool was closed from 25 and tourists were asked to go to a nearby hotel. Accordingly, no one suggested this to us.
On the last day, the water in the bar was made paid, a bottle of aquaminerale cost 1 euro. Considering that there are no shops nearby where you can buy water, repairing the pool will probably pay off quickly!
Thus, in order not to spoil your vacation, choose other tour operators. With PEGAS touristik you buy a pig in a poke.
