We arrived early in the morning. We were told that there were no available rooms (as always), and that we should wait... While we were waiting, we fell asleep on the sofa in the lobby, but were immediately woken up by the hotel staff who loudly cursed at us, saying that it was impossible to sleep in the hotel lobby... Close by the hotel guide of the tour memos promoted the same sleepy tourists who had not yet received the numbers of tourists on excursions (photo attached). Near the reception, a woman was cursing - money was stolen from her safe in her room. The hotel guide, who sold excursions to tortured tourists, pretended not to hear... I wanted to go home...
We got a good number (we were lucky). New furniture. Only here there was no place to dry things, and the refrigerator did not work. The refrigerator was asked to be fixed both at the reception and the hotel guide 10 times, fixed on the 5th day!
We did not swim in the pool, we were always on the beach. Beach, beach fight, animator liked. Did not like the bar staff on the beach, with a displeased face,

and often pouring drinks, muttering something in their own language. At the same time, they were not satisfied not only if you asked for alcohol, but also the fact that you wanted water!
Didn't like the kitchen. In the first days, the stomach generally got up, they were saved by mineral water bought in a nearby market. They gave squids, but they looked and tasted like vermicelli, rice was constantly undercooked or overcooked, salads were the same type...
In the reviews for this hotel, Anna was repeatedly mentioned (supposedly working in this hotel and helping everyone in everything). Upon arrival, no one helped us, and no one heard about Anna...
Of course I will not come to this hotel!
