INCREDIBLE!!!!! ! The hotel is covered with dust so much that it seemed that it was only recently dug up by archaeologists. For the seven days that we were there in the room, we never did a wet cleaning, not to mention the dust on the table and bedside table. On the second day of rest, they drank wine on the balcony and spilled it a little, so they didn’t wash it until the end of our stay. On the supposedly clean bed linen, for some reason, someone's black hair was found `from different locations on the body`. The restaurant had to constantly get plates, spoons, forks, mugs and even water.... Not to mention the food itself. And not at all because the vacationers ate a lot, but because the servants worked slowly. In general, Egyptian men are lazy and slow, but at the same time they do not allow a single woman to pass. In addition to all the other benefits listed, we had such an incident: the key to the room broke, and we noticed that it was already cracked when it broke. So at the reception we were told that we need to pay $ 10, explaining that they have such rules in the hotel. For a long time we demanded that they show us where this was specifically stated, but in vain. . . After long punctuation, we were offered to go to the owner of the hotel, who bargained with us up to $ 5 and, of course, not seeing favor in our behavior, ordered the administrator to give us a new key. So that's what I want to say in conclusion, three stars - this is not a dusty room, not gray towels and not a constant search for food and means to eat it. These towels are clean, but cheaper than in good hotels; this is a varied menu in a restaurant, but not as much as in a 5-star hotel, etc. And therefore, I would urge all Russians to force themselves to be respected and demand what is supposed to be, and not to hush it up, as we like to do it!
