Despite the fact that this was my first vacation in warm regions (after that I was again in Hurghada - Palm Beach Resort, 4 * - I highly recommend it! - and in Turkey), I immediately felt that this should not be so and that I got into bad hotel. First, the number was given in a barrack at the very end of the building opposite the house under construction, and a tiny window above the old air-conditioning tractor looked out onto an abandoned desert area with garbage scattered over it. Secondly, I entered the canteen with some disgust - the tables, dishes were somehow repulsive, not very clean. The products had such a look that it was difficult to decide which of "this" I wanted.
On the beach, which belongs to two or even three El Samacs at once, there are old wooden sunbeds, to which dirty mattresses were issued (I tried to do without them, spread my towel on the sunbed). By the way, beach towels are not provided there.
I decorated my vacation with excursions to the desert to Badaveya and Paradise Island, as well as a good company of women from Russia and Belarus (I am from Ukraine), with whom we went to cafes in the evenings to drink fresh juices, cocktails, indulge in hookah, etc. . e. to enjoy life.

I came home rested and happy, because if you perceive life in bright, not dull colors, then nothing can overshadow it.
But El Samaka Desert Inn, 3* is better to avoid. . .
