Good afternoon! We flew from Moscow from Biblio Globus. The flight is not without its peculiarities. The flight was delayed as always, departure at 8-30, but they really took off at 9-50, all because of our Russian tourists. Upon arrival, we boarded the bus and after some 15 minutes we were at the hotel. At the reception they gave 10 c. u. in order to give us a better room, we were given a room in building 5 overlooking the pool, but with two single beds, we didn’t want to move anything and immediately expressed this by phone from the room, after some 10 minutes we were moved to an excellent room with a large a bed and a view of the garden (IMHO the view of the garden is 100 times better than the pool, why they are cheaper is not clear, it is better to look at well-groomed trees than at sausages near the pool).
About food: there are many restaurants on the territory, one main one, 4 in which by appointment (Italian, Lebanese, fish and Mexican) and 7 bars in which not only drinks, but also a light snack such as popcorn, ice cream and pizza and fries.
The main restaurant "Palma": The food is very tasty, prepared for every meal, the restaurant is thoroughly washed after each meal. I don’t understand how people managed to leave reviews “we got poisoned and so on”, if you don’t try to eat for 10 people there will be no problems with digestion.
Italian restaurant "La dolce Vita": the coolest restaurant in our opinion, everything is very tasty and respectable, dress code.
Lebanese restaurant "Fatush": a delicious menu, but the wait is just hell, they waited for a bleed for about an hour, the wife was very angry at this restaurant.

Among all the bars, the best cocktails are made in the Roserbar Lounge, it is near the reception, we liked the Pinacolada cocktail the most and it is prepared only here.

Staff: very friendly, always joking, amusing, but does it unobtrusively. We left 1. u. e every time we went out for breakfast, they spun various figures for us (we didn’t leave them for the first days, they got bogged down), but they spun them anyway.
Territory: very well-groomed, every day 24 hours a day, something is sheared, watered, trimmed, but somehow they are not visible and all living things in the hotel are constantly blooming and smelling. There is no garbage. The territory itself is just huge, I rarely saw this in hotels.
Entertainment: you can play football every day at lunchtime, play tennis, ping-pong, volleyball on the beach, there is a small water park, for children there is a special pen (slides, green grass, swings, a boat, children's animators and benches for mums and dads. )
From the guides we got a man named Hussein (I forgot his name, but remembered the fastest man in the world and immediately remembered him). The guide is simply gorgeous, he helped us pick up excursions, we were just in 7th heaven from them (the choice fell on a boat trip, quad bikes in the Sahara in the evening, evening Hurghada), evening Hurghada is so-so, we didn’t really like it, but the rest are just gorgeous. If we had any questions or problems, we turned to him, he promptly helped us.
The most important thing in this hotel is that there is no our "TAGILA" at all. All vacationers are cultural and adequate, there are no disputes, fights and everything that we can see with Russian vacationers.
One of the few disadvantages is the lack of normal internet, but as I later talked to other hotels, the internet is the Achilles' heel of all of Egypt. But I bought a vodafone SIM card and calmly distributed the Internet to my laptop and everything was perfect. The hotel has wifi, but it is not intended for just video. Just flipping pages and social networks.
In general, we were very satisfied with the trip, everything was fine. We are thinking of going there again.
