We bought tickets to this hotel for a month and a half, we were looking forward to it and just like you read the reviews)))) To be honest, it was scary to go. Reviews are not the most flattering. Okay, I'll start in order. We arrived at night and got our rooms right away. The rooms were given in the main building and in 5 (although it was stipulated in the ticket that we all need to be accommodated in one building). We got upset, of course, but they didn’t make a fuss, we got tired from the road, and the receptionists pretended that in Russian there was no boom boom))) We decided that in the morning we would ask for other numbers. Morning came and somehow we all together and without agreeing to change numbers refused. We decided that we would not pay attention to the little things. And the rooms are really not bad. Everything is clean and tidy, there are no balconies in the central building, but this is not the biggest need when it's under 40 all day long)))) The hotel itself is good, large territory, three excellent pools, super beach, good clean lagoon with small fish. The food is certainly not the most chic, but there is a lot of food and every day you can eat different things. Their sweetness is a separate song. They eat everything and in large quantities, it is impossible to refuse. Very tasty pastries. Fruit every day, grapes, watermelons, melons, guava. In short, guys, if you bought tickets to the rose, do not be afraid and do not believe the bad reviews. Everything is normal in the hotel, standard 4.
