We rested in this hotel from October 22 to November 1. Normally, another assessment does not come to mind. I read a lot of reviews before departure, now it’s strange to me who wrote “super”. Although, of course, depending on what to compare with. Crimea: a lot of Russians, intrusive service and everything is insanely expensive.
There were four of us (2 adults and 2 children), we paid for a room with a sea view back in Kyiv and upon arrival with a settlement in a room "with a sea view" there were no problems, they did not give bribes. But then it was more interesting when we went into the room it had only one double bed (albeit a huge one; maybe it is assumed that parents can sleep with children on it? ), 2 beds for children were knocked out with a fight, as a result, they spent half a day on it (the mood was spoiled, they didn’t get to the beach) and had to give 5 dollars. for the services of a corps manager.
The bed was never changed in 10 days, but it didn’t bother us, we still sleep on it (we’ll survive). Towels were changed every other day (you can also live), thank God we were warned not to throw towels on the floor, as in a European hotel (because they will not be changed, but will be lifted, folded and hung in place).

The food is normal. We didn’t have any complaints. No frills, but a lot. Nobody promised a high-class French or Italian restaurant. all this is stewed in white sauce - very tasty). The soup-puree was made from chicken and mushrooms, also delicious. There was no variety in fruits, but the melon was very sweet, we love it, so that was enough for us. The sweets are very tasty, various. If someone didn’t eat up at lunch or dinner, it was the only way to catch up with cakes : )
Alcohol is a separate issue. It's good that they brought it with them. Only beer is available from the local, but it is non-alcoholic, but you can drink cold water on the beach.
It was strange that the hotel "all inc. " there was a lot of everything for a fee, cocktails for children on the beach and fresh juices 3 dollars. Pizza between lunch and dinner near the pool for money, table tennis rackets, a mask for a child of fish, see 5 dollars. 2 hours, etc.
We rested normally, but thanks to our own cheerfulness and the ability to see the "other side of the coin" in everything. But this hotel is worth 3 European stars with three meals a day. So let them not flatter themselves : ))
