I'll start right away from the arrival at the hotel... Tourtess met us. The guide (his name is Walid) went with us to the hotel and filled out the paperwork himself and nothing was required of us. True, I approached him and asked for a good number. There was not even a hint of money from him, and in the end we got an excellent room in the best (in my opinion) building 6000 overlooking the pool. You can also watch the most beautiful sunsets from your room every evening.
Before the trip, I read all the reviews about this hotel and already from what I read I realized that it was worth the money (I didn’t immediately take nonsense about how lawns are watered, etc. ). The room is excellent, the bathroom is very well thought out. The luggage was brought in 5 minutes after we entered the room and the porter immediately told what was happening in the room... We found that the chain on the door was broken and told the porter about it, who said that they would definitely fix it. And within 3 minutes! Repairmen knocked on our door and quickly replaced the entire lock! At the same time, they did not demand a tip from us and told us to contact them if something happened.
We went for a walk around the territory and were very pleasantly surprised - everything is very beautiful, well-groomed and seems thought out. Also madly in love with the beach and the lagoon in general.

At the expense of food - yes, not very diverse and there are few fruits, but everything is very tasty and the choice is large. Everyone can find something for everything. The restaurant staff is very polite and attentive. Once I wanted to start eating sweets with the same fork that I ate the second one, so the waiter immediately ran up and offered to change the appliance !! ! The tables are cleared constantly and very quickly. Dirty plates did not stay on the tables for more than a few minutes.
In cafes and bars, everything is about the same. Everyone is very polite and the dishes are cleaned promptly.
In general, the hotel and guides (there were always 2 of them from the turtess, and sometimes 4 !!! ) are very satisfied! When we went on excursions and stopped by other hotels for tourists, we realized that ours is one of the most pleasant and more than others has to rest. Do not pay attention to the negative reviews about the hotel - for a week of rest in it - I did not see a single dissatisfied client and I myself am satisfied with everything. It is not for nothing that many Germans, Poles, Czechs and other residents of Europe and China go to this hotel (they also heard Spanish more than once).
