Because the hotel is not 5*.
And yes, the most important thing is not to fill out a questionnaire about the hotel when you check in, leave it for the last day. I'm sure you will have something to write there! ! ! I stupidly filled it out, because in 5 * hotels they give such questionnaires to fill out every day, but not The Desert Rose Resort.
Settlement: we arrived at the hotel, gathered us in the conference room and took the documents for the settlement, began to draw up, during the registration we went to have lunch. After lunch, we were handed the keys and sent without any escort to building 1000. Everything is right, close only to Reseption, but this is just the beginning.
Number: the doors did not open. We stood with the key for about 10 minutes until we opened the doors (it became clear why we were not accompanied).
The room was not cleaned upon check-in, we thought that maybe they did not have time to remove it from previous vacationers. For the entire stay in the room, everything was cleaned once, on the 5th day, and then the campaign was not wet cleaning, but simply swept the room. Animation Entertainment: I have never seen such an unorganized circus from a crowd of animators. No one notifies about the fact that where and when the show programs will be held. I'll tell you the animations: they do it in the morning on the beach, when there are vacationers there. We got to the show of the program by chance, walking around the territory. The show program is a different story. The impression was as if the animators first learned about their number during the performance. The main feature of the evening was belly dancing, which got boring on the second day.
Aqua aerobics ))))) The same as the show programs. No preparation. Just splashing in the pool. I remind you that this is not the first time I have a rest and there is something to compare with.
Already after the 1st trip to aqua aerobics, we already decided that we would not go to it anymore.

Oh, but even here there is a wonderful miracle: the alcohol is lousy, but oh well, you’ve come here not to drink alcohol. We mostly drank coffee, but here's what happened: in a bar near the pizza, I asked to make a Latte and it was done in front of me right there. Half a cup of cold milk, a sticker of instant coffee and a little boiling water !! ! ! ! I did not know that they do Late! ? And a local vacationer came up nearby and also asked for Lata and a miracle, it was prepared for him as expected.
Service: until you say several times that something would be fixed, no one will do anything. Well, yes, there is another way to give dollars at every turn. The attitude towards the locals and the Germans is much better.
