Hello. Rested with a friend for 11 days. In Egypt already 4 times. For me, this stay in the hotel is super. This is probably due to the fact that I really wanted to relax. I got it 200%. I went to rest, not to look closely, sniff. Even the ideal can be flawed. I hate rudeness, I did not meet him here. Be positive, have a good mood and you will be fine. In the description of the hotel, everything is well written, even in 11 days we were not everywhere and did not use everything, we found what we liked and used it. The check-in went quickly, we arrived at 9, had breakfast, and at 10 we settled at the sea. Guides from "Join Up" travel agency Rida and Mukhtar are just doing their job. We didn’t communicate with them almost, there was no need, and therefore I can’t say anything about them. Only later did they regret that they did not take an excursion to Luxor from them. But that was later. We just had a passive rest.
The territory is large, well-groomed, green and blooming, and in the evening the smell is divine. The beach is large, clean, lots of sun loungers and umbrellas, choose a place either near the lagoon or near the sea. The sea is clean, beautiful, but there are no corals at all and very few fish, sadness. At first it was a little cold, but there was not a day without the sea. At the end of the holiday, sheer enjoyment of the weather. THE SEA IS EVERYTHING. The food at The Palm (main restaurant) is ok, the choice is small, but there is enough (you always want the best), the waiters are pleasant and helpful, special thanks to Vail (solid positive). Were in all A la Carte restaurants. , I liked everything, except for the service in Lebanese. Tropicana Bar is super, the waiters Shazli and Mukhamed flutter like bees, they give everyone nice words and smiles, everything is clean and tidy. The guys helped to deal with wi-fi, it is almost everywhere. Bella Vista Bar on the sea is super, delicious coffee and cocktails from the bartender Ali. If you are friendly, they will also talk to you in a friendly way. There are also bars, but we didn't go there. We had enough of these, but we did not have snacks. Animation is getting better and better every day. During the day there is something to entertain yourself if you want it, and not just lie down. After dinner there was always an entertainment program, and after it we went to bed, there was a pleasant tiredness. The guys who offered different services and excursions on the beach are unobtrusive and pleasant. If you do not take anything from them, they will just talk to you a little, wish you a wonderful day. For small children, there is also a lot of entertainment, we have seen it. We ourselves, like children, went down the slides in a small water park. There is a good playground for kids. Sometimes for a good rest is not so much and you need. The main thing is to set yourself up for positive. If you are interested in something, do not hesitate to ask the hotel staff (waiters, animators... ), vacationers, do not hesitate to get acquainted and communicate.
