You know, how many reviews I read, one thing always surprises me: people write that terrible monotonous food, old furniture, few sunbeds, clingy Arabs, etc. I want to note that whoever goes on vacation with what mood brings such emotions from there. As for food: do you really have a choice of 5-6 dishes for lunch every day at home?? ? And is it different every day? I'm willing to bet that the average Russian eats Rollton for lunch, and dumplings or pasta for dinner. . . But that's not the point. It is clear that you are going to a hotel, that you pay money and want everything to be at the highest level. It’s not enough just to pay money, you need to be a well-mannered tourist. And you will understand why.
We returned from Egypt a month ago. I liked the hotel right away: very quiet, comfortable and everything is somehow at home. Friendly and very polite staff. Special thanks to Tez Tour - you guys are awesome!! ! But back to the hotel. The territory is large, so it seemed that there were few people. And everywhere is very clean. Pretty green. Everything is good in the rooms: clean and fresh, there were no insects, although the room is on the first floor. Well maintained beach. There are not enough sun loungers near the pools, they are already engaged by smart Germans at 7 in the morning : ), so all that remains is to go to the beach.
The staff is equally friendly with everyone, regardless of whether you are Russian, Ukrainian or German... I advise you to go to an Italian restaurant - we enjoyed it tremendously and have been there more than once. The chef is especially touching, who always goes into the hall and, as it were, waits for gratitude for dinner and, waiting for your smile, goes home...

I can say one thing: the Arabs treated us the way we treated them. They carried us in their arms, decorated the room with flowers, smiled at us, wished us good morning, afternoon, evening, as well as health and made a lot of compliments. And for this we did not give a tip, we also just smiled back. It is strange to hear, sitting at dinner, that we are different from other Russians, that we are not like everyone else... To be honest, I did not even expect such an attitude towards myself. But then I realized what it was. For example, on an excursion in the desert, when everyone rode in small double cars and had to travel in one column, some Russian guys broke out of the column and rushed further into the desert, then they were searched for a long time... as a result, the excursion was almost disrupted. And the guys explained their act by saying that they have everything inclusive and they will ride as much as they like....Others could brazenly throw your things off the sunbeds while you swim in the sea... That's what leaves an unpleasant mark on soul, not Arabs, monotonous food and shabby furniture in the room.
For those who want a relaxing holiday, this hotel will seem like a paradise. You will not regret.
