Отличный отдых, сервис никакой Great stay, no service

We went on vacation through the tour operator "Turtess", the guys are doing their best, they were excellently met at the airport, delivered to the hotel, held a meeting at which they told everyone, advised where it is better to go on an excursion, what is better to visit. True, they also have not very conscientious employees, "Turtess" suggested that we visit a leather store in Hurghada at supposedly normal prices, while they said that they take them back and forth on their own transport. My wife and child and I wanted to go see, we were scheduled for 20.00 in the evening near the reception. We arrived at this store, looked around and realized that the prices there are very expensive, when leaving the store we were told that the car we arrived in had left and would be in two minutes, of course we were very surprised and began to wait for our transport. After waiting 30 min. I again went up to the store where they told me that I still had to wait 20 minutes. I was very upset by this behavior of the Turtess employees and had to take a taxi back. Upon arrival at the hotel, we told about what had happened, but neither an apology nor money for a taxi was returned to us.
The hotel is normal, clean, though not new.
It is impossible to enter the dining room, it stinks, the food is all saturated with some kind of spices that just make you sick. Considering that I am not picky about food, but on the 4th day I refused to eat at all, I just felt sick (I ate only fried eggs and pancakes that are cooked only for breakfast) there is nothing to eat for children at all.

At lunch, there are always terrible queues that you can’t push through, the tables are sticky, they are wiped with dirty smelly rags, plastic glasses. There are no fruits, I tried it and I don’t even want to touch it anymore, either unripe or overripe.
The only thing you won't complain about is delicious sweets (cakes, pastries).
You can eat a normal meal only in a fish restaurant, but there is a fee.
There is simply no animation, only morning aqua aerobics and in the evening two Ethiopians, one on a domra with a tambourine, play such horror that it’s hard to sit in a bar, and when they start to sing, it just inspires such melancholy that they had to leave somewhere. In the bars, the waiters clean disgustingly, we somehow walked from the beach, we wanted to sit down with a child in a bar to drink cola to eat ice cream, there were three free tables in the shade and dirty uncleaned dishes stood on each, while the waiters stand and do nothing, I had to do it myself to rearrange dirty dishes on another table, made a remark to them of no effect, they cost at least something. About 5 stars and out of the question, even for Egypt, the level of the eatery.
Of course, the sea is beautiful, the weather was great, people, mostly Slavs, behave very decently, you can leave things on the beach, they don’t steal, but this is hardly the merit of the hotel.
