This is our first visit to the hotel, but I hope not the last, there is definitely a desire to return, and I understand well the tourists who are regular guests here, the hotel has))
Yes, the room is not super (reservation-standard), but they didn’t even think to improve for a surcharge, since they only spent the night in the room and put themselves in order, and the sea view is better from the beach or from the Bella Vista bar, and not from the room)) but this is our personal opinion. Cleaning the room in Egyptian: taking out the trash, replenishing water, changing towels, and the bed was made perfectly)), once the bed was changed for sure, I saw it.
Nutrition. I liked it, there is something to choose from, I will not describe in detail. Of the a la carte restaurants, they were in everyone, everyone deserves attention, it’s definitely worth a visit, I liked the Lebanese one (the atmosphere itself, very unusual). As for snacks, the Bella Vista bar deserves special attention (between the lagoon and the sea, the view from it is super), I don’t have much breakfast, but after swimming, my appetite wakes up, sandwiches, Viennese waffles, pancakes come in handy)), the bartenders are friendly and efficient. There are a lot of bars on the territory, we have not visited all of them (next time we will fill this gap)

Sea. I liked the open more than the lagoon, in the lagoon the water is colder and there are no fish, as the water warms up for the kids it will be perfect. But in the open sea there is a reef and fish, for those, for those who are in Egypt for the first time, there will definitely be something to see.
Entertainment and leisure. A good animation team, they entertain everyone, both kids and adults, in general, a standard set of entertainment, but the guys work with enviable enthusiasm)), we “missed” the pools, the slides also, the sea rocks)), and flew for him. There are two shopping centers not far from the hotel: Senzo Mall and Cleopatra Bazaar, prices are normal, but you won’t be able to enjoy “bargaining to the last”, fixed prices. Cleopatra is a 5-minute walk, senzo away, 20 minutes to go. At first we thought about buying a SIM card from a local operator, but changed our minds, and free Wi-Fi was enough for us. We went to Luxor, though one day fell out of the hotel life, but we don’t regret it a bit, the excursion is what we need, a lot of impressions, an excellent guide and a comfortable bus.
