In Egypt, the 4th time, but the first time we encountered such a service. Russian speakers wear orange bracelets, while Europeans (mostly Germans) wear green ones. And this is where it all starts. You address a problem at the reception (a beach towel was stolen from our room), they ignore you. While the Germans solved this problem in 5 minutes, it took us 1.5 hours to prove that the towel had been stolen (it was drying on the balcony of the 3rd floor), and we didn’t lose it.
You come to a restaurant, all the workers start looking at the floor, at the wall, anywhere, but not at you. While with the Germans everyone swims in smiles and so on. Especially "like" the waiter who pours coffee. Today I specially watched the family also with orange bracelets. So the waiter bypasses each ??????? ? table, some guests updated with me 3-4 times coffee. And our table and this family just passes by ??? ? And so several times, until I myself called him. I'd love to make my own tea/coffee, but this hotel doesn't have that option.
The guy who gives out towels on the beach, on our “good morning” just stands silently with a stone face. And there are many more such stories about a “special” service for Russian speakers.

By the way!!! ! Keep in mind, if you arrived early in the morning and generally before 2:00 pm, even at night, you will not be given bracelets and are not allowed to have breakfast. Since the check-in is at 14:00. You will sit quietly at the reception and wait. Well, or for a fee, after persuasion, they will put on a bracelet for you and they will look for a number for a couple of hours. At the same time, sitting at the reception, you can watch as soon as the Germans arrive, they immediately receive bracelets and go to eat. And no one says there is an official $10 early check in fee. No one is interested in providing you with any convenience. Even families who spent the night on the road sat with small hungry children and were not given bracelets.
Well, from the good it is worth noting a beautiful beach, a large well-groomed territory, not varied, but tasty ??? ? food, good bars and tasty snacks in them. And VERY friendly guards in building 6. Perhaps the only friendly employees in this hotel????
If the hotel management "worked" on the service, everything would be fine in general. But it looks like they do it on purpose. So that Russian speakers do not come and do not take a seat. Since the Germans pay 2 times more for the same tour as we buy.
