We flew with Turtes, there are no questions to the tour operator, everything is just super on their part. Helped in all matters.
The hotel itself was not very pleasant (except for the beach, the beach is great for kids especially).
We were with a child 1.3. There is NO children's food in the restaurant, there is NO microwave, the so-called children's table is pasta poured with sauce, potatoes, stewed vegetables but very hard, yoghurts of a strange consistency. But in principle, food for adults and older children is acceptable. Although for 8 days she was terribly tired, everything is very monotonous. From meat - chicken, beef, fried and baked fish, sometimes grilled, a couple of times, seafood. The pastry is very tasty. From fruits - melons, peaches, grapefruits, oranges, tangerines, bananas, dates. But the main restaurant itself is HORRIBLE_HOZHAS. Such unsanitary conditions, they clean very poorly, like in a canteen. Dinners are still all right, but the rest of the time it’s just kapets. Very dirty and old highchairs, they just do not wash there, as I understand it.

The room is also for 4, everything is "slightly" oldish, both the furniture and the shower room. Well, it's actually not a very important point. Upon check-in, we did not pay anything, we were given a room with a child in building 5, overlooking a piece of the sea and on a quiet side.
An excellent large sandy beach, but there are no more places at 8-9 in the morning, or you can find it with difficulty.
I didn’t like the pools, we just didn’t lie near them and didn’t swim. Sometimes the water was just green. And in the children's pool, where we just went to take a picture on the last day, the child accidentally drank water with bleach and got poisoned. The result is a night under a dropper in the clinic. Many children were allergic to pool water.
I really DID NOT LIKE the smell of water, which is used to water the grass and plants in the territory. It VERY stinks, it is impossible to walk in the evening and breathe just clean air.
There is animation, but we did not go to their evening programs, they did water aerobics and exercises on the beach. I didn’t like the girl who worked with children and held children’s discos. In children's discos, the music is so loud that eardrums burst.
The territory of the hotel itself is large, there is where to walk.
We wanted to go to the jacuzzi, but it's the same name as the jacuzzi, just like the gym.
Conclusion - I will not recommend this hotel to friends and will not go myself. I really regret that I chose Desert Rose instead of Hilton Long Beach. Seduced by 5 stars Desert Rose. . .
