I will tell you this, friends, the assessment of the hotel depends on what you value and what you are looking for in your vacation. As for our holiday, we went to this hotel for the second time only because there were no more places in good hotels. We won't go there again next year, that's for sure. That's why:
1) Despite a few Ukrainians and a couple of randomly wandering Poles, this hotel is 100% Russian tourists with all their inherent moments (tasting food from common spoons, grabbing from common plates with their hands, not asking if someone is sitting next to you at the table , but they just sit down, and this is all systematic, not one-time)
2) The staff (with the exception of a few people), accustomed to the behavior of the Russian population of the hotel, behaves in a boorish way, openly mocking and trying to "educate" tourists in their own way. Fortunately, we only witnessed these scenes, maybe because we ourselves behaved politely, maybe just lucky - it's hard to say.

3) Animation woke up only in May, when the hotel was 100% staffed (which means queues at the restaurant, lack of seats in the amphitheater), before that they "slept"
4) Food... we have not recovered : )))
In general, the hotel NEEDs a major overhaul and update, not just the main pool, which the Egyptians decided to renovate during the season : ))
And so, if you still decide to go to this hotel, take a good company with you and you will succeed : )))
