I would like to say that the hotel definitely does not pull on 5 *, maximum 4 * and no higher!
I would like to write what I did not like about this hotel:
1. When checking into the hotel, problems immediately arose. The fact is that they have accommodation from 14.00 local time, so if you arrive earlier, then just sit in the hotel lobby. And, moreover, if you yourself do not come up at 14.00 and do not demand a number, then you will continue to sit. Since the people who worked there at the reception, in general, do not care at all.

2. From Moscow, we ordered a suit room (that is, a two-room suite) and when we were placed, we really got such a room, but, unfortunately, it did not at all justify the money paid for it. There was no hot water in the room, and in order to get it to appear, I had to walk for two days and swear at the reception so that someone would come and do something. But that's not all, there were ants and cockroaches in the room. And only after three days of struggle with the hotel workers, this terrible room was changed to a normal building, because. the rooms there were even more expensive, they said. This room was really great. So when placing, ask for the 7th building - they consider it the best!
3. There was always no place in the dining room, it seemed that its employees deliberately do not clean the tables in their halls just so that people do not sit down. We had to walk for 10 minutes with a plate in our hands to look in different rooms for at least one clean table. And they don’t have spoons for tea or coffee at all in restaurants, I haven’t seen this anywhere else!
4. The sea is very dirty, even no one removes garbage from the stones. Miduz is just a bunch. And the laguga, which everyone praises so much, is very cold. True, if you swim in the open sea, the corals are very close and it is warmer.
Anyone who travels to Egypt is not the first time, I do not advise you to go to this hotel, because. I myself was there already for the 4th time and I want to say that this is the worst hotel in which I have ever rested there. And in general there is nothing to do in Hurghada, it is better to go to Sharm, where the sea and hotels are much higher.
