Good day! A month after the rest, I want to share my thoughts about visiting the hotel. I am not an experienced tourist, in Egypt 2 times, and I am writing a review for the first time, a little about everything, do not judge strictly)). We had a family vacation, my husband and I and a son of 9 years old and my husband's sister with a nephew of 11 years old. Booked two standards, settled us in the same building, but on different floors. The rooms are in principle normal, enough for a week's rest. Cleaning daily in our absence. Towel figurines were, nicely, they left a reward. Bottled water, cosmetics, paper, napkins, everything was replenished. Everything worked properly. Mosquitoes didn't bother.
Territory. Class, very large, a lot of palm trees, bushes, lawns, flowers, gardeners look after, support, water, everything is very beautiful. There are a lot of people, but everyone is dispersed throughout the territory, no one interferes with anyone, you can find quiet places to relax. There are water slides, the children were happy (when they chose a hotel, they asked that the hotel had, if not a water park, then at least a couple of slides). We, adults, of course, were tempted by the sea, the hotel has a choice of where to swim, someone in the lagoon, someone in the sea, besides there is a reef and a lot of fish. They brought only one mask, I had to buy more)), the underwater world is fascinating, there are a lot of fish, beautiful...
Nutrition. The choice is excellent, there is enough of everything, there are no comments, except for the main restaurant, you can visit four a la carte restaurants daily to choose from (the girls have a guest relay), they were in all, each is good in its own way, the service is pleasant, atmospheric and tasty. There are a lot of bars around the territory, at least 10 pieces, there were only a few, the bartenders are friendly and sociable almost everywhere. Fast food, waffles, pancakes, it's impossible to resist)).

There is a large Senzo shopping center next to the hotel, the next day upon arrival we went and bought a vodafone card (the hotel has free Wi-Fi, but we need a connection with the house all the time), you need a passport to buy. Prices in Senzo are cheaper than in a hotel. I won’t say anything bad about the staff, from check-in to check-out, there were no problems or misunderstandings, they more or less speak Russian, English, the girls from the guest service are always there, they will prompt and advise. The animation is not intrusive, participation is optional, they offer all kinds of active leisure (volleyball, stretching, water aerobics, dancing, etc. ) and evening shows. We are very pleased with our choice of hotel and would love to return again. Recommended!! !
