For all the time of rest there were no negative moments, only positive emotions. Thanks to all the staff, and in particular to the girls from the guest service, you can contact them for help or advice, they will definitely help, they also have an appointment in themed restaurants (there are 4 of them, you can sign up at least several times). We had to wait for check-in, here without any complaints, according to the rules at 14.00, we were in the room at about 13. There is nothing to describe the room, the usual standard, we only spent the night there. Bottled water, bath cosmetics, towels were replenished / changed without reminders. There was a problem with the light in the bathroom, they said they fixed it.
The territory is large, there is enough space for all vacationers, it is beautiful, green, there are many flowers, shrubs, trees, it is clean, the staff is constantly in labor and care, well done, they keep it in proper condition. Several pools, there are water slides, a few pieces, if it is important for anyone they worked, the people were active. We didn’t care about bass or slides in principle, only the sea (especially open with coral and fish).
Sea. Well, here, of course, everything is excellent, and the beach itself and the presence of a lagoon for children who do not know how or who do not want to swim at a depth. We swam with masks every day, beauty, we weren’t in Sharm, I can’t compare, but it’s very beautiful here, I was really pleased. There were no problems with the availability of sun loungers on the beach, there are always places, even though the hotel is full, besides, some tourists relax by the pools.

Nutrition. In addition to the main restaurant, there are 4 more thematic ones. They were in all, each in its own way, they repeated Italian and Lebanese, Mexican is too spicy for my taste)), and fish - I'm not a big fan of seafood)). Many bars on the territory, lost count)), good beer. In the main restaurant, the choice is good, tasty, the dishes are replenished as they are eaten)), so that at the end of the meal there is still a choice. Service is good, tables are cleared quickly. There was enough food for everything, they feed constantly, you won’t get hungry))
There is animation, but somehow we are not very fond of it, it is more interesting to relax sunbathing and swimming or go out in the evening to walk around the territory (in the evening it is beautiful, backlit) or outside the territory. Although there is nothing special there, except for neighboring hotels and the Senzo Mall.
WiFi. It’s great that it catches everywhere in the territory, where it’s better, where it’s worse, and it depends on the number of connected people, but overall it’s good.
Great hotel and a great stay, I hope to be able to come here next time. Price / quality corresponds.
