The flight was delayed for more than 6 hours and, according to the law, we were supposed to be fed and provided with a place to rest, but no one did! And the most interesting thing is that in the presence of people he called the representative of the tour operator and invited to go out to the people, but he refused and did not come out! It's just tin! ! ! So we were not thrown anywhere! And before our flight, literally 2 weeks in advance, even here in Belarus they showed a similar situation on TV on the official channel: people could not fly out of the Kyiv airport for a long time, the tour operator is the same, a global scandal! The situation turns out to have been similar, one to one!

As a result, we arrived in Hurghada not at 7-55, as according to the contract, but at about 16-00. By the time we passed the control, by the time we arrived, it was already evening, around 18-00. And, most importantly, the whole day, paid for by us, which we were supposed to spend on vacation, was stolen from us! ! ! And given that our vacation was only 8 days, and that's not it! This made us very sad!
No one even apologized, the representative of the tour operator, our guide, not a word about it at all, as if nothing had happened, and after we refused excursions from him, he generally lost all interest in us, passed by without saying hello, not to mention to ask how we are doing.
We settled in a very strange way: everyone was invited to the conference room, and then the hotel manager for some reason pointed to my husband and another man and told them to go out with him. And we all remained seated..... It turns out that this was done on purpose! He offered them the best number for a reward!
But so that none of the others hear this or see how he takes the money. If I knew about it right away, I would definitely attend, because I have health problems, I have a group and I wanted to ask for a room. Now, briefly about the "good" room provided: the furniture is old, I generally keep quiet about the plumbing, killed (I could not switch the shower on my own, my husband helped), there was never hot water, very refreshing, invigorating. The air conditioner was noisy as if the plane was picking up speed. So we turned it off and slept, drenched in sweat. But even that we endured. The fact is that the room (4230) is removed both from the sea and from the dining room (and the hotel area is very large) and we immediately in the morning, as the guide on the bus recommended to us, went to the reception to the same manager, whom I asked , literally: "I have a serious illness. I have a group, a disabled person. Tell me how you treat people with disabilities in your 5-star hotel.

What are your employees doing for them to make them feel comfortable? "And she asked to change the room, but not improved, but closer to the sea and the dining room, because it's hard for me to walk. And then it started like in a Russian joke: come tomorrow ... then the day after tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow, alas, there is nothing! It was very it’s unpleasant to know that they treat sick people like that here, I didn’t see sensitivity and attention, on the contrary, it was a mockery. We didn’t go anywhere to complain, we didn’t want to spoil our rest further. But we had to! we were going to a Lebanese restaurant. And then, when I began to open the closet to take clothes, the glass door of the wardrobe just collapsed on me! a clear reaction, I didn’t get hurt and didn’t break my face !!! !
But I had to hold this door, which hung only on the top one corner, with my arms outstretched, while my son and husband went to tell the front desk to come and help fix it. What was our surprise when, within 30 minutes of waiting, no one came to us. And I stood and held the door! And I thought: “Yes, this is service, this is service culture, this is an award-winning 5-star hotel! Nobody cares! ” And only after that we went to the reception to figure it out, invited a senior manager, who we told about everything! We were offered to come tomorrow, they said that they would give me a VIP bracelet, another number. With such adventures and nerves, we came to the Lebanese restaurant. And then another adventure began: a waiter came up and asked in Russian what we would drink. We chose, but then it turned out that it is paid.
When we got indignant and reminded him that this is a la carte and that he should first offer us a free program, he left. And didn't fit again. Before we had time to eat, they immediately began to remove the plates. There were dishes near me that I didn’t try at all, and then he comes up again and, without even asking permission, defiantly starts to clean up! Several times, repeatedly, I made comments to him, but he wanted to spit. On the contrary, it's cheeky. looking into my eyes and understanding me perfectly, because before that he spoke Russian, he takes it and just throws one plate of food into another!! ! ! And at the same time, he says, looking and grinning into my eyes: "What do you want to eat? Bon appetit" I answered him: "You already ruined everything. Take everything. " I have never met such a boorish and disrespectful attitude from the staff anywhere! Judging by the behavior, since we refused to drink paid wine, it means that we ate and go for a walk!

I also want to note the fact that in this hotel they treat people differently: in front of the Germans, for example, they creep, come up, bring, but we, Russian speakers, are ignored . Not all, of course, and not everywhere, but enough! This has been observed repeatedly in bars. where, for example, we sit for a long time, they come up to them, but it’s as if we are not there - they turn their backs and leave ! ! I could not stand it and directly asked the bartender this question: “Why are you ignoring us, are we not people? ” And on the beach in general, after they were brought drinks, but we were not, the husband went himself. So the bartender generally told him: "Do you hear, friend, bring your glass! " So, as here, second-rate, we did not feel ourselves anywhere! ! ! That is why, being shocked by everything, the next day we did not go for any VIP and number. We were waiting for them to actually come to us and beautifully correct this situation.

This is how it should be in a 5 star hotel. ! But they didn't wait! Instead, the next day we were invited to the reception. I thought to correct the situation, to apologize. But! it was not here! It turns out that we were invited to deal with us in the situation of settling! Nothing else bothered them, Because this manager said that we just wanted to give him money ourselves! And then we found out that he could not change the number for us, he knew this and deliberately gave the one that we were supposed to, for which we had already paid money ! ! I was speechless: it turned out that this person was deliberately misleading, lying, offering people a number that they own and for which they had already paid, but presented it as improved. All to get money.
As we later learned, such rooms as ours, standards, are in every building, and he could easily meet a sick person so that he would not walk far, and not lead him by the nose with promises: "Come tomorrow"! God be his judge! In the same way, by the way, he took money from another man, to whom he gave a room without a balcony. He also went to him and he kicked him in the same way as us ... And if these doors had not fallen on me, no one would have known anything .... But I was struck by the fact that they dealt with US, and they tried to turn everything upside down so we are to blame! And one manager generally behaved inappropriately towards us: he raised his voice at us, scolded us, as if we were his subordinates, who deceive people and take money into their pockets for nothing, tried to shield him. And only after the husband, pointing to the diploma that the hotel received in 2014 at tophotel and said that we read about it, but you do not match, he fell silent!
It's just a nightmare, we were in shock! No one apologized! The only one who defended us and argued with them, and very actively, was the manager to whom we initially turned. We have been to many places, but in order to arrange disassemblies with people, clients on vacation who pay money, disrespectfully, speak in raised tones, and shield our employees and encourage deception of people ..... nonsense! They gave us the money, but with what a look! And no apologies for that! They offered another room again, but we no longer wanted anything. I only asked for air conditioning so that other people who come would be comfortable . . I said that the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars and that it is a sin to treat sick people like that! And what is their reputation! We had 3 days left and every day we were already twitching and waiting for some more troubles ! !
On the last day, a surprise awaited us: when my husband went to hand over the keys to the room, we were given a room until the very departure, in connection with these events. Thanks for that too!! !

In fact, it turned out that the extended list is not in the assortment list of dishes, but in time, i. e. you can eat around the clock! Who will eat at night? There were several types of soups, one of which was seafood soup, in which an unpeeled whole crab claw floated. And all the seafood ended there: once for all the time there were fried squids. Melons, bananas were always unripe. The meat was both stewed and grilled. Not bad. There were vegetables, but a lot of pepper. Drinks are free only local, the rest is paid. Fresh juice fresh was only in the fish restaurant, but even there it is diluted with water. Cola, fanta, sprite, yes. A lot of sweets.
In the main restaurant, it was more comfortable outside, but it was very hot there, and those rooms that were inside resembled a dining room. Although the bartenders there, unlike others, are very good, attentive and caring. There are 4 a la carte restaurants, which you can sign up for as many times as you like. I already wrote about Lebanese . . I liked Italian and fish. There are a lot of bars where everything is the same.
Why we chose this hotel is because of the territory: it is beautiful, very clean and well-groomed. Gardeners have great respect and respect. I felt very sorry for them when at +40 they walked in rubber boots on their feet! Is it really impossible to provide these people with lighter, more breathable shoes so that their feet do not hurt in old age? !
There are 3 pools on the territory, but we were not there, because the smell of bleach in such a heat was very strong. We have arrived at the sea.

And the Germans know this. Someone is deceiving us, but they are afraid. Again you feel second-rate... Sad.....
I recommend the hotel administration to reconsider: the attitude of the staff towards people, it should be even, very attentive and respectful to everyone, every vacationer; to urgently re-equip the housing stock so that furniture does not fall on people. In addition, the sun loungers on the beach also need to be replaced.
