I took a 2-room suite with my family - the room seems to be nothing and the territory is large, beautiful, but the staff is arrogant and frostbitten. At the very beginning, they wanted to get me a room in the reception building, which is 500 meters from the sea (I ordered a room on the sea beach, because we don’t swim in the pools). Everyone at the reception immediately forgot English and Russian, chewed snot for 4 hours, but it's okay everywhere. The room without a tip is not cleaned at all. The so-called restaurant is like dirt in Soviet funerals. you can’t clean the tables that are always dirty, there are queues everywhere, etc. the manager has an argument - there are a lot of people, the waiters can not cope. The pigsty is rare. 1 star all inclusive hotel. Rose dessert God forbid.
