This is not the first time in Egypt, but you will rarely find such a level of service anywhere. Firstly, the staff is VERY friendly and helpful, from the member of staff who gently guides you across the road to the shops and picks you up on your way back to the member of staff at the beach who brings you a towel and lays it out on your sunbed. Almost everyone, no matter who you say hello to or just nod, is interested in whether everything is OK with you? There are many bars in which they feed in such a way that you can not go to the main restaurant (we were pleased with pizza, popcorn and ice cream). Great warm lagoon. And of course, the animators: starting at 10 am you definitely won’t be bored (games, funny contests, water aerobics, yoga, etc. , you won’t list everything).
Bottom line: I liked everything so much that next time we plan to come only to this hotel.
