In Egypt for the first time.
I was told that in Hurghada the underwater world is not as rich as in Sharm, but we saw a huge amount of living creatures right in the sea of the hotel - I don’t even know their names))).

We arrived at the hotel early - at 9.30, we were immediately put on bracelets, they said the room would be provided at 14.00. We left our things in the storage room, changed clothes (I knew that it would be so and packed everything in my hand luggage so as not to open the suitcases). We went for a walk around the area. We did not have time for breakfast (it is until 10.00), but there are many places around the territory where you can have a bite. We walked and returned to the lobby, lay down on the sofas, as it was a night flight and we were terribly tired. Someone from the management came up and we were immediately settled). Without a separate surcharge, we were given a room in building 5000. We specifically asked for it - as it is really quiet. But far to go to the beach, but quiet))
In general, they immediately respond to any requests. There are guards in the buildings.
Room with balcony:
of course, it’s possible and tired, but we had it in a quiet building, on the 1st floor, and as we understood it was huge (the last 2 rooms along the corridors of an enlarged area, they protrude).
Everything you need was in the room and in working condition. TV with Russian channels (we honestly didn’t have time to watch it - only an hour in the evening - we were always at the sea or near the pools), a refrigerator - though we didn’t understand why it was in the closet)). The safe was in the same cabinet as the refrigerator, and to get to the safe, you had to keep the refrigerator open.
By the way, the safe - we had it not electronic, but with a key, which for some reason was not given to us when we checked in - and we had to go for it separately. And this is a big inconvenience to carry the key with you everywhere. . .
The bathroom is very conveniently divided into zones. The shower is taken out, as it were, into a separate room, the toilet is also in trouble, in the center there is a huge mirror, a marble washbasin and a hair dryer. Stocks of cosmetics replenished every day.
The beds are comfortable - one and a half, we had 3 of them, for each person, even a small one). White linen.
Towels were changed every day.
We did not use the balcony - because we do not smoke, and having gone out there one evening, then we chased mosquitoes for half the night. After that, there were no problems with them. But we had friends with us who had a really huge problem - after 3 sleepless nights they turned to Guest Relations and the problem was solved immediately.
Room cleaning:
Everything suited us) They always cleaned when we were not there - they returned from the sea at 13.00 - the room was cleaned, the bar was full (water, Pepsi, juices), figures were laid out of towels).
Beach towels were given out in exchange for cards. There are several towel dispensers.
Territory:
Huge, all in flowers, many gazebos under which you can sit in the shade.
We left a wish - that such gazebos would be added to all territories, otherwise it was problematic to go from the beach to our room in the scorching sun))
We never even swam in the bay near the hotel. On the first day upon arrival, we wet our feet and went to try the sea. Always occupied sun loungers to the left of the cafe on the bridge in the first row (since the child is with us and we had to look after him). You can’t pull children from the sea at all . . Even our little one didn’t go into the water without a mask and snorkel, and explored the bottom in shallow water. The water in the sea to the left of the bridge seemed warmer to us than in the bay.
For some reason, the shore of the beach itself is without sand, perhaps this causes inconvenience for families with small children, but we don’t). The main thing is that the entry into the pore is gentle, even without corals. There is a wooden pantone - from it immediately to the depth))

In the morning there was always Rice milk porridge, though it was called Oatmeal)), omelettes, toasts, sausages,..... prepared different types of scrambled eggs, pancakes, breakfast cereals, a lot of pastries (buns, croissants), sliced cheeses, sausages. . . The waiters are always courteous, they changed the tablecloths after each family. Not the crumbs were removed, but changed.
Lunch: always 2-3 types of soups - but of course specific ones - pea soup puree, fish puree soup, vegetable. There were various fillings on the counter - vermicelli, croutons. Even our capricious always ate something liquid for lunch.
