GOOD HOTEL BUT WON'T GO AGAIN
Rested with my husband and friends from 6 to 13 June. I'll start with the pros, since there are more of them.

The TERRITORY is large, beautiful, there is where to walk. There are flowers throughout the hotel, several pools, bars and restaurants. There is definitely a 5. There is a water park, but it is designed for children. Adults won't be interested.


FOOD is excellent. We liked everything. Breakfast is standard, as in all hotels. Lunch and dinner are good. There are several types of meat, fish, side dishes, vegetables and fruits. Several times there was squid in variations (in salad and breaded). Also one day there were rolls. We visited all 4 a la carte restaurants. The best is Italian. It's delicious pasta. risotto and pizza. Caesar is completely different from ours. In 2nd place is Mexican. Very tasty soups, meat, nachos. They also pour tequila there, atmospheric. The fish restaurant liked soups and squid in batter. The rest is no different from the main restaurant.
The Lebanese restaurant is nothing at all. The same as in the main restaurant.

The BEACH is good, there are enough places and sunbeds for everyone. There is a lagoon with a gentle bottom, convenient for children. There is also an entrance to the sea near a dead coral reef. The entrance is not very convenient. But it was not uncommon to find empty glasses. So the cleaning of the beach could be better.

BARS. There are many bars on the territory, drinks are the same everywhere. Pretty good taste for Egypt. The bartenders are unfriendly everywhere except for a plump bartender at the bar between the bridges. He was very nice, always smiling. The rest of the bartenders serve as if you owe them something. Despite this, the drinks are good.

ANIMATION and ENTERTAINMENT are not bad. There are different workouts throughout the day. In the evening, performances are standard. This is not the first time we have rested in Egypt, so we did not go to them. Every evening a band or DJ performs in the bar at the main restaurant.
But you have to book tables in advance. There were 6 of us, so we could not always find a free sofa. There is also a disco in the Winter Garden, the first days there was a bad DJ and the music was not very good. Then the DJ changed and everything changed for the better. On Wednesday there is a party on the Havana Night beach, a band performs and then a DJ. Very beautiful scenery.

EXCURSIONS were taken from the operator Join Up, dolphins. Yachting, snorkelling. I even got to see dolphins. The excursion is normal for a passive rest. But it's not worth $30. There were Germans on the next ship on the same excursion from Join Up, then they had seafood for lunch. And we have a side dish, vegetables, meat. Also took an excursion with Luxor in Tiba Tour, director of Midi Bikham. I liked the tour, although it was quite tiring. There was a good guide, but would have liked more historical information.


The MINUS of the hotel is the ACCOMMODATION. We were given 3 rooms in building 5.
The tables are shabby, the tiles are cracked here and there, the plaster is cracked here and there. We decided to change rooms. They said to come later, changed to rooms in building 2. The rooms were better and bigger. But when we came to these rooms, the cards did not work and we had to go to the reception again. There, the administrators openly ignored us, flipped through the papers, the main thing was that they did not fit. I told the manager and immediately they were released. But the admin said something in Arabic and so was the word Ukrainians. That is, if we are Ukrainians, then we can be ignored and given numbers in bad buildings. Since mostly Ukrainians live in the 5th building. And in 2 Arabs and Germans. We were magnetized cards and assured that everything would work. But still we could not open 1 number. And just because of this incident, I will never go to this hotel again, although the hotel itself is good.
The hotel management take this complaint into account or soon you will have much fewer tourists due to a biased attitude towards Russian speakers.
