Rested in this hotel from 4.12 to 11.12. 2010. The hotel guide at Coral (Yusuf or Yusif) is a grey-haired guy. He suggested excursions and said to decide now or until the morning at most, or we won’t go anywhere through them at all. Fuck the choice.
We arrived at the hotel around 11 am. Settled within 20 minutes without bribes. Building 2000 (aka second) 3rd floor outside view of the neighboring hotel. The side is sunny but quiet. Under the windows of the lawn, greenery. The room as a whole is good, neat, clean, everything was already cleaned, prepared, + safe, the 3rd bed was quickly brought to us upon request (we were with a child of 7 years old girl). Taking into account the fact that the hotel is already about 10 years old, the decoration in the bathroom and the furniture are worn out. Cleaned every day, good. Linen was changed once a week, towels changed regularly. the first time we left a couple of pounds in a tip on the table, on our return from the beach we look at the room clean, the money is beautifully folded in a row with the rest of the things on the table. after that, a couple of times, they left money on the bed, swans appeared instead of money.
Dining room. Clean, big. There were always enough dishes and places. The food is good for Egypt, we were not hungry. From fruits for a week they gave: pomegranates, grapefruits, oranges, agave, dates, tangerines, melons, grapes, apples, pears, persimmons. on the last evening we dined at the club restaurant "Winter Garden", at the invitation of the hotel, for free. As I understand it, those who left the hotel the next day had dinner there. The next day we left the hotel at 16:00. The bracelets were not removed from us, i. e. we continued to use the bars, the restaurant (the room had to be vacated as expected at 12:00, they did not want to pay extra. At 11:30 the uncle came and took the suitcases to the storage room)

Children's animation. All I can say is that my child was delighted with her. My daughter spent almost the whole day on the playground with the animator Lena (Russia). In the evening there was a children's disco.
adult animation. afternoon: exercises, water aerobics, volleyball. In the evening, entertainment programs: competitions, acrobats, fakir show, dancing, macho hotel, evening of humor. Most of the animators are Russians.
Aquapark. The slides work hourly from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm. The new slides are good. the pool is heated. a lot of servants. upstairs near each slide, one person, below one in the water (helping the children get out) and one walks around the pool keeping order. In short, we had a lot of fun.
Pools. Near the administrative building in the evenings, fountains are turned on in the middle of the pool (cold). The second is Olympic (cold). The third with small water slides (warm) is visually divided by buoys into two parts: 60 cm where there are slides and 2 meters deep. vacuum them every day. during the day they walk with nets to collect garbage (leaves, flowers). I saw how water samples were taken. Personally, I prefer the sea.
Sea beach. There were enough sunbeds for everyone at any time of the day. Towels could change as much as you need, clean ones were always available. In the evening, towels could be handed over to the guard in the building. we swam in the lagoon, it is separated from the sea by nets. so you will not see anyone there except for small fish. want exotic. Go to the end of the beach to the sea, there are corals, fish. There are sunbeds there as well. Shoes are not needed in the lagoon. During the day, the boys walk around the lagoon, catching garbage with nets (papers, bags, etc. ). In short, everything is clean not to find fault everywhere.
Territory. Big, green, well-groomed. The paths are bad and rough. Look under your feet.
Conclusion: our vacation was a success, the hotel is a solid 4+.

The whole holiday was overshadowed only by our flight home. Upon arrival at the airport, our flight was delayed for 6 hours, without explanation. we are on our nerves, the child had to be fed in local cafes, and this is a sandwich - 9 dollars, tea - 3 dollars, etc. Around 23.00 we were told that the plane would not be. we were taken, under strict supervision, from the airport. At the same time, they canceled visas, took away boarding passes, and returned luggage. Then we had to wait more than an hour for Coral Travel to find a bus to take us to the hotel for the night. They brought us to Sunny Days Palma 4 * (more than 3 * does not pull). We fed, gave rooms, warned that we would leave at 10:30. In the morning we had breakfast, handed over the numbers, cut off the bracelets, got on the bus. We are standing. The guide reports the flight is delayed for half an hour, five minutes pass, the guide offers to sit in the hotel lobby, as the flight was postponed for an hour. half an hour later, the guide said to pick up their suitcases from the bus, as the flight was delayed for 2 hours and we were delaying the bus. As a result, we are sitting on suitcases in a hotel where we are nobody, we are not given tea or water. we don’t have tickets, vouchers are not valid, there is a secretary at the consulate who can’t really say anything on the phone (day off), Koral’s phones don’t answer, our guide mysteriously disappeared (it turns out he went for a walk around the city). a guide appeared around 14:00 to my question is it possible to feed at least a child, he asked in surprise "what do you want to eat? ". in the end, after 5 minutes, everyone had coupons to visit the restaurant. After lunch, the bus was waiting for us and a trip to the airport. At 18:10 we boarded the plane, and around 22:00 we were in Boryspil.
