Красивый отель и ужасный номер Beautiful hotel and terrible room

We rested in this hotel for 8 days. Very beautiful fairy-flowering area. The eye rejoices wherever you look. Beautiful locations for photos. It was very windy, so only my daughter swam in a warm pool and in the water park. By the way, you need to take a place by the warm pool from 7:00 in the morning. A bunch of people. We were lying next to the Olympic pool, my daughter ran to swim in the warm one.
The main restaurant is beautiful, immediately pleased with the green "blooming" ceiling. The kitchen is decent, I liked everything. 1 time were in the Fish restaurant. The service is so-so, but everything was delicious and beautiful.
Bars are great everywhere. The most delicious cocktails at the Tropicana bar. We drank delicious coffee in 3 bars: Rose Bar, Sunset Bar and Sand Bar. Ice cream and popcorn for free.

The coolest evening bar is Club Soda - every evening we had a very cool time, the atmosphere is what we need. The music is super. Everyone danced! ! Very cool, I have never seen such atmospheric evening entertainment in Egypt. Children's mini-disco is held in the Winter Garden - there were 1 time, my daughter has already outgrown. But we enjoyed the beauty of the garden itself.
In general, I really liked the hotel, except for the location.
Rooms standard is a tin. Just remember brrr. Bed linen is all in spools, it's terrible, it's very unpleasant to lie down in it and feel this abomination. The bathroom is huge, but... The shower area is complete rubbish, I lived better in a guesthouse in India for $ 10. It's disgusting, right. The hair dryer in our room was like a vacuum cleaner pipe that blows a weak stream of warm air on your hair. Cleaning is bad!! ! Towels are changed every day and the bar is full. The floors were mopped several times. And the nasty underwear in pellets was changed to the same one once in all the time !! ! Initially, upon check-in, the manager warned that cleaning was not every day, but on demand. To the surprise of tourists, the answer was received: this is because of the coronavirus !! ! What is this Egyptian logic, we have not understood. But it is this service in the rooms that suffers a lot !! ! Refurbished rooms cost $20/day, but they were not available - they were all sold out. I can believe there are a lot of people in the hotel, which is unusual for a pandemic. Unfortunately, we did not see new numbers.
Will we return to this hotel - definitely yes, but only if we live in new renovated rooms.
