If you are going to Hurghada, it is better to choose another hotel.

Room cleaning on request. Despite the tip, clean terribly. The floors are dirty and there is dust everywhere. The balcony was never cleaned during our entire stay.
Water was brought to the room every day. Tea and cola every two or three days.
If you go to this hotel, take your own shampoos, because the slurry poured into a jar on the wall in the shower room will not wash anything and your hair will be a mess.

Pools - here again, the problem immediately comes to mind with the fact that children are not allowed in the main pool (note the depth is 60 cm and 1.2 meters), as we were explained because this is a lounge area. At the same time, the hotel positions itself as a family hotel. Our children (aged 10 and 11) had no choice but to huddle with all the other children in the only pool.
Naturally, it is impossible to find a sun lounger near this single pool.
The water park with slides is very small and only open 2 hours in the morning and 1 hour after 3.
All pools close at 5pm, according to staff - due to covid.

Lagoon and the sea - a lagoon for children, of course, is a great option, but since the strongest winds were blowing all the week that we were there (end of March 2021), we did not feel either the lagoon or the sea. But on the beach you will be haunted by the hotel staff, who will endlessly offer massages and water excursions.
6. Entertainment - for children there is a playground, an aqua park (3 hours a day) and a children's disco (1 hour in the evening). For adults, there is a good Soda club with a disco for every taste (from club music to rock, from White Roses and My Baby to Arabic music), but we liked the Rose Bar the most, they prepared great coffee and had a very cozy chamber atmosphere.
