We went to this hotel purposefully, I have a child, I was looking for a lagoon. The hotel was recommended by my brother.
They flew on unknown Yakutsk Airlines, met the dawn on the plane. Everything is good! Upon arrival, Tez Tour met, escorted to the bus. Our hotel turned out to be the first - it's nice, after the flight the road to the hotel is shorter, we didn't have to wait in the check-in hall for a long time, we settled quickly. Escorted to the room. Our building was 5000. As it turned out, a very good location: next to the pools, next to the playground, there was no noise; next to the central restaurant, and there was no smell either, just as the wind did not change. Not far from the lagoon. But I will immediately draw your attention: this hotel is FAMILY. The most - the most family and if you at least somehow want to "poshizgarit" then this hotel is not suitable for this. Or go in the company of friends, you will definitely entertain yourself.

Looking at the room, I wanted to change it. Safe in the refrigerator, instead of a freezer (you can’t imagine it on purpose?! ). The air conditioner was buzzing (as it turned out later, it was buzzing everywhere). The most embarrassing thing was the view from the window: several palm trees, the fence of the neighboring hotel and the road for cars along it with black bags of garbage, as in native penates. The receptionist told me. “come tomorrow”, I didn’t want to pay extra, and the next day, the opinion about the room changed: the bags were removed, we had a shady and very quiet side, which was very important - I put the child to bed during the day, and nothing disturbed him while I I enjoyed it with my husband in the pool, near the building. There were no cars. We went out to the balcony only in the evening. In the evening everything changes. And the only palm tree so soothingly "noisy", although on the first morning, they decided - a downpour. The beds have been moved. Strained only, the bathroom. The faucet is small, the sink is large, even I had to almost bury my face in order to reach the water. What to say about the child? ! - five-year-old - could not wash himself at all ? ! But the toilet was comfortable only for a five-year-old, very close to the wall. As it turned out later, in other rooms it is installed obliquely. Shower - a separate song. Contrasting! Now cold, then suddenly boiled over, but in other rooms as well. This meant that again the child did not take a bath on his own. And you didn't use a curtain? - caused concern. We scored on everything else! Number 5115
Room service: a solid plus. I am satisfied. Cleaned Arabchenok every morning. I left a tip ($1 and it was $2 for that) Swans, peacocks, crocodiles… He really liked my bolero and personal towel. There was a case, we came from the beach, and with us, everything was left as it was. He ran, apologized, there were many settlements that day, he did not have time. We walked for only 15 minutes. I didn’t have time to “swan” - I decorated everything with flowers, petals and my bolero. Well done. Towels are always clean and white! The bed was changed every day. The floors are mirrored and dry! There was no dust. There was always drinking water.
About food. The first CHILDREN'S TABLE, about him briefly - disgusting. I had to feed from the general, there was plenty to choose from, but for a child it was problematic. The child was eating poorly. This somewhat overshadowed the rest - a specific smell discouraged any appetite from the kinder. We found an opportunity to eat outdoors, and also saved ourselves with yogurt and cereal with milk. There was no cash at all! As for me, I am selective in food, so I preferred to eat dishes known to me, as for my husband, he experimented and was not always satisfied. Salads: everything that was not eaten for dinner was refreshed and cut, in general, in most cases, they did not eat. Juice only for money. Everything else is a divorced surrogate and local pop. Strange as it may sound, there are no fruits. Sliced ​ ​ apples and grapes floating in the "yuppies" - my child refused to eat. Fresh fincas are sweet but knit. Coffee, tea, milk. Ice cream two hours a day, the child slept. Up to 12 years old, ice cream for a fee until 16:30, Neighbors did not praise ice cream. P. S. : we went to stores for food for Kinder.
Animation Entertainment ON THE BEACH: there was no children. Adult - standard. Aqua aerobics, basketball and exercises on the sand. OUTSIDE THE BEACH: children's two hours in the morning (from 10-12) and two hours in the evening (15-17). Never hit, no opinions. On the beach in the morning, sleeping in the evening. The place is good and clean. A knee-deep pool, a ship, a swing, a slide, etc. , + a playground - a chessboard, rather shabby. And evening - dancing in the Amphitheater. Adult animation, for me personally, is dead. Only spent two evenings with interest. I visited the night disco twice, I could not hold out for more than an hour. Rudik, who never sleeps, put on very specific music.

Beach. Purely. Music. The sea is not very clean, not garbage, but churned sand - the lagoon. Be understanding. There is a big plus, you can fearlessly enter the water barefoot, the fence - no "strangers", and if you want to see the fish, then they are nearby. Even a small octopus can be found. In addition, when the wind picked up, there were no waves in the lagoon, on the corals nearby, they were knocked down. Free sunbeds can be found at any time. Locals go, offer excursions, tattoos and pigtails. Not intrusive, i. e. doesn't stress. Towels are clean, dry and ironed.
Territory. I liked the hotel and have no complaints! Even the urns are pitchers of sand. The paths on the territory are coolly lined with pebbles. Such Egyptian decor. Only now I was surprised at the ladies, especially under the “shofe”, how did they walk on this decor in heels ? ! Purely. Beautiful. And it doesn't smell like anything. Even flowers, with rare exceptions. Pools: so I did not understand whether the children's department is heated or not. Both are in adults. Clean, no mold. Not even petals. Evening illumination and fountain. Water slides. I liked it, for any age, but again two hours in the morning (from 10-12:00 and from 15-17:00) It’s not very convenient for my family: in the morning I want to be at the sea, they came for him, and in the afternoon the child slept. I had to wake up to get in for an hour. In the pool itself, there is a team that receives children and assists in the exit. It is important for us, because the child does not swim. But not every day, maybe. Animals: NO MICE! Not even a hint. Sparrows and doves are everywhere. Cats are special! Standard lizards. Didn't meet any cockroaches.
Excursions: I visited two, took a chance and went to the "Paradise Island" alone, in the bathyscaphe we were a family. Bought tours from locals. Guide Medu, very serious and treated with full responsibility. Special thanks to him, i. e. recommend. The island itself is not worth attention, but the sea is the ocean? ! We saw dolphins, moray eels, etc. While fishing, I caught a toothy fish with a "thorn" instead of a fin. The bathyscaphe did not particularly inspire after a walk with a mask, and the husband and son are satisfied (they have nothing to compare with). I recommend bringing your own snorkel and mask for this tour.
Medical point: I was bitten by a midge and a rash started. The doctor does not speak Russian, I do not know English, but there is a computer. They did not mind, with the help of an electronic translator, they communicated. He insisted on a histamine injection, I did not consider it necessary, they gave me pills and ointment. Also with email. Translator, learned about the drug (helped).

Lastly: departure at 8:00 with suitcases. Like many, they broke away on the last evening. At two o'clock in the morning I began to pack my bags. The closet broke - the door fell across. I called the reception, they told me that the master will come in the morning. She was outraged and after 10 minutes. The master was. The hookah was very expensive. I had three magnetic keys on my hands, i. e. additional ones were issued without problems. The karaoke was terrible. No matter what, I will still go to Egypt, but to another hotel. In this one, I was bored, and everything else, judging by the reviews, is the same as everywhere else. The main SETUP!
