After a long search for a hotel, thousands of megabytes of read reviews and viewed photos, we decided to stay at this hotel. The main requirements were - clean, not shabby rooms, an on-site water park and a partially sandy entry into the sea. All this really was in Desert Rose. The water park was canceled the next day after arrival, because. a five-year-old son, not knowing the depth, fell from the circle and began to sink, the lifeguard reacted immediately, but the son did not want to go to the water park anymore. Fortunately, the hotel has 3 more pools of different depths and sizes, plus its own lagoon with sea water. We bought happily. Room service is excellent, every day the change of linen and figures of blankets - swans, mice, crabs, elephants. We liked it very much. The food in the restaurant is also good. Lots of pastries and sweets. The only thing I missed was a watermelon, they never gave it to me. The hotel is clean and cleaned all the time. Lots of greenery. The work of the animators is difficult to evaluate, because we didn't go to water aerobics, tennis, etc. etc. The only place where they went was a children's disco from 20:30 to 21:00. Son really liked it. I think that next time I will most likely return to this hotel, a great hotel for the whole family. And I will add - this is a family hotel.
Now for the cons. There are not many of them, but there are. The key-card from the room was demagnetized every day and it did not give me joy to go to the reception to constantly update it. It's good that we lived in the first building, next to the reception. Arriving from Luxor, exhausted in the sun, I had to return to change the card... and if I lived in the 6th building? it's too far.
Well, the second minus is the work of bartenders in the bar. When asked to pour a free cocktail of the day, sometimes frankly rude refusing to pour. The listing of free cocktails was constantly littered with some rubbish.

Of course, such trifles did not spoil our vacation and we enjoyed it to the fullest. I advise everyone to go to Desert Rose. You will not regret!
