Food: There was always a place to eat in the main restaurant, especially for dinner (they came at different times). The food is the same as everywhere else (but we never poisoned ourselves and, which is very important, we didn’t even miss homemade food, there was even borscht, or rather its likeness). From food, one minus is a little fruit (melon, apples, dates, oranges, grapefruit). They hardly drank alcohol, but you can drink beer.
Entertainment: Every evening animation in the amphitheater. The animators changed on the 2nd day of our stay (according to others, everyone was fired because of one). The new team is great (Hello Tatiana from Belarus! ). But drunken Russians have not been seen, people and sober ones do not behave very well, especially in the evening in the amphitheater, you can often see such a scene that one not at all thin adult person sits on five pillows and stuffed the same amount under her back, and next to him a child sits on a stone stove (fortunately it is warm) and is ready to tear at the request to share the pillow, so you just had to pull it out and not ask otherwise they don’t share, everyone thinks how it would be for him and his child to sit softer. Every Tuesday $10 beach party, we didn't go and absolutely don't regret it. Twice in 10 days you could sing karaoke.

Sea: the lagoon is + for children, but the sea is beautiful in itself, but the coast is far from the buildings (although the hotel is on the 1st line). The water in the sea is warmer than in the lagoon.
Excursions: We spent a lot of time on excursions. And I can say right away do not rush to buy from your guides. For example, TezTour promises that if you change your mind and tell them about it in a day, they will return the money without asking for a reason, but this is a lie (purely lull your vigilance). But if you are planning 1-2 excursions, it is better to have a guide, except for diving.
1st trip to Luxor $150 for two from the guide. I really liked it, there is something to see and photograph. The hotel is worth taking a pillow, blanket and lunch.
2nd diving is better to buy from a diving center, which conducts free lessons every day near the "Olympic" pool, try it and you will know what it is. We were able to dive for the first time, and only two agreed to the second dive. We all dived from the diving center and both times and everyone was satisfied. At a cost of $ 45 for the center, $ 55 for the guide. At the same time, the diving center takes you from the territory hotel.
3rd "Sea walk in the east" - do not go to a paradise island for the whole day, take this tour better and you will stop by the island for 1 hour and that's enough, swim with masks near beautiful corals, we even watched dolphins and fish from the yacht caught, the show was: an oriental dance, a dance with a skirt, and it was just a fun team. The cost is $50-55 for a guide. $50 is without a trip to "1000 and 1 night" (which costs $30 separately), and $55 - with a trip to this performance. Recommend for 55 and go for 1000 and 1 night in the beginning.

The 4th tour "White Sun of the Desert" is just super. It may be called something else, but it does not change anything. We left at 11.50 in the afternoon, arrived in the desert, we were taken to a place where we left all our clubs (Take lunch at the hotel, the guides did not warn many). Then they put everyone on a quad bike and rushed through the desert for 45 minutes (in single file after each other, if you want to quickly lag a little behind the one in front and gas) there is a lot of dust, but mainly because of the wind it always flew away to the side, but it was something straight in the face, so tie a “arafatka” or a scarf (you will be helped to tie it) all over your face at once and do not forget your glasses, then we went in jeeps (without air conditioning) to the “sugar park” to the Bedouins. We rode camels (note: wherever you are, you will always be asked for “mani”, but it’s up to you to give or not, we didn’t pay the crisis in the country ourselves). We walked around the "zoo", then rode "buggies", also cool cars. We had dinner, watched the performance, looked into the kaleidoscope and at 19.30 we went home in the same jeeps without air conditioning. (on the way back it was so windy that my neck hurt in the morning). But the impressions were wonderful, there is something to remember.

About shopping. Not far from the hotel there is a "Cleopatra Bazaar" where prices are fixed, we mostly went only there. At least immediately find out the price there to haggle on the street. Arabs in shops are clingy, so don't open your mouth when they invite you otherwise it's hard to get rid of. There is a shop on site, of course everything is more expensive in it. If you eat with a good mood to relax, then this hotel does not have many minuses to spoil your holiday. We would go there for the second time only with children.
