We rested in this hotel with my sister from July 19 to 26. They settled us literally in 15 minutes, without any additional payment, they delivered us to the room by "Tuk-tuk", as we were brought to the hotel in the evening and it was already dark.

All 7 days did not get tired to admire its beauty. Unusually! The territory is huge (it is not even noticeable that a lot of people are resting), green, clean, three swimming pools, one heated, a playground with a swimming pool.

The staff speaks Russian, friendly, constantly greeted, asked how we are resting, if there are any problems.

The rooms are huge, they settled us in building number 8000 (club room) on the second floor, the view from the room to the lagoon is amazing, especially at sunset. The room had a kettle, cups and a bunch of tea leaves and coffee. They cleaned the room every day, twisted different figures from towels using flowers. They washed their faces and brushed their teeth with tap water, there were no poisonings.


The lagoon and the sea are crystal clear, without smell and turbidity. The entrance to the water is gentle.
Representatives of excursions walked on the beach, offered a bunch of different excursions, but as soon as they were told that they had ordered them from the tour operator, they were upset, wished for a pleasant stay and left.

We were delighted with the animation team! A special THANK YOU to them! ! ! The guys are funny, athletic, incendiary, and most importantly - very talented! GOOD FELLOWS! ! ! , they didn’t let me just lie down and sunbathe)))), constantly involved in something: belly dance, salsa, aqua aerobics, yoga, beach volleyball and much more. We were constantly informed about upcoming events: evening shows, discos. We liked it, it was not boring.

The food is quite varied, each of us found something for ourselves. Very tasty, a lot and always, fresh vegetables were constantly) Meat, fish, chicken, oranges, grapefruits, apples, pears, melons, a lot of sweets, etc. , etc. You definitely won’t stay hungry) Juice is very sweet, cocktails sold in the restaurant and on the beach for an additional fee.
You could go to an Italian restaurant once for free. At five o'clock in the evening there was "tea hour" in the central bar: pastries in it simply melted in your mouth.

On the territory of the hotel you can smoke a hookah for $ 9. If you go outside the territory and go to the right, there will be a cozy cafe near the Havana club with a hookah for $ 2.

Rested with Tui together with Mostrevel. The representative, our Mukhamed is just a sweetheart, every day he was interested in how we were doing, everything was in order. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY! ))) He told me about the excursions and showed everything verbatim. We booked five excursions: Paradise Island, Discovery, 1001 night show, Luxor and sightseeing, we advise everyone to visit them.

PS: In general, I really liked the hotel! Not tired at all, I wanted to stay there more. Recommend to everyone, everyone! ! !
