EVERYTHING is terrible! There is absolutely no variety in food, friends, however, you will eat the same thing throughout the rest! The service is greedy, stupid, impudent (even if you communicate politely and with a smile). Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! It’s better to learn from the mistakes of people like me... When choosing this hotel, I was hooked by its size and the fact that it’s a five-star one, like I definitely won’t miss, I thought, and I didn’t breathe far from what I planned!
In general, in order! I arrived early in the morning, at 7 am, they were not going to check in until 2 pm, but for 20 bucks, of course, no problems... There was no stand for shampoo and soap in the shower room (it’s not convenient to put a shampoo tube on the faucet - it falls ), there was dirt behind the tap and near the mirror resembling a fungus that was never washed during the whole stay there! 3 light bulbs were not on in the room, a call to the reception did not change anything, they stupidly scored on my request, I had to catch the head of our building the NEXT day, who was in charge of all the cleaners and show him that the lamps were not burning, but he fixed everything right away, thanks for that. Also, after the next cleaning in the room, the maid forgot to leave one large towel, well, a trifle....I called the reception, they told me it would be there, to hell with it! for an hour I didn’t wait for anything, in general I called them 4 more times over the next hour until they brought it! That is, the attitude is at the level: "Yes, you are already Russian! They feed you and rejoice! "
As for food. The food is ok for a first time. When I arrived I immediately went for breakfast. I’ll list specifically what was hot: boiled sausages, fried sausages, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with potatoes like casseroles, tomato slices covered with mayonnaise on top, and zucchini with something, the cooks also prepared pancakes and you could season them with all sorts of fillings... In general, it’s not bad, although the assortment is not thick, but this food is every day! Throughout the rest! Nothing was missing! Of the fruits, there were also only sliced ​ ​ ​ ​ grapefruits and melons, there were also dates that grow right in the hotel, and sometimes there were green bananas and oranges in shifts. neither apples, nor grapes, nor any other fruits simply existed there....Of the hot dishes for lunch and dinner, there was mostly chicken... There were queues everywhere in the dining room, there were not enough cups for tea and coffee, you had to pour soup... And everywhere they added this disgusting seasoning Cilantro (stinks of bugs)

And finally, the hotel itself, the fact that its territory is more than 300 thousand square kilometers. this is a big minus, because all the people (and there are a lot of them) gather in the canteen during the meal, where long queues form for food... Well, they would make at least one more Swiss table in another part of the hotel... Also minus the territory in that you get tired of walking from the room to the beach and back, or if someone has a house near the beach, they get tired of walking to the dining room... , The water near the hotel is dirty, because there is a pier near which there is a parking of yachts that dump directly into the sea what they dung for during the tour, although the guy wanted to go there and collected all the floating bottles and leftover food, it was not pleasant to swim in such water...
