We rested with two families, father-mother-child 10 years old and father-mother-children 4 years and 10 months old. I will focus on holidays with small children. We are fans of Egypt, we have already been there 10 times, we choose the beaches of Hurghada because of the sand, so that the children are more comfortable. I liked this hotel, my husband said for the first time in 5 years of trips to Egypt that this hotel has everything our family needs to relax. Namely: a huge area - so that there is where to walk in the evenings, including with a stroller. We were settled in the fourth building - it is next to the water park and the reception, I reached the sea with the children in 10-12 minutes. It will seem far to someone, but we deliberately didn’t pay extra and move closer to the sea, because we like to walk and keep fit : ))) , i. e. 100 dollars in our case, by the way, it’s cheaper than initially paying for a “sea view”, and not a “standard room without a certain type”) Closer to the sea (on the shore of the lagoon) is building 8, but it is correspondingly far from the pools and the restaurant. True, there is another restaurant near it, but people with different bracelets went there to eat. We had al-inclusive and multi-colored bracelets, and they had plain ones.
Food and drinks. Normal food, I was pleased that for lunch and dinner there was always very tasty meat, beef and veal (I am indifferent to fruits, but I love meat. Even in this hotel, because it is imprisoned for Russians (97% of vacationers) were quite decent soups, even borscht : ))) we all ate. No one got sick, the children were also fine. In the morning, the children ate pancakes or muesli with milk, for lunch and dinner (although there is no children's menu as such), they ate rice or pasta with meat. Well, and cakes, of course. Took a couple of times watermelon and strawberries for $ 2 tray. For a small child (10 months old) they took all the food with them - cereals, purees, milk in boxes, cookies - everything that the child eats at home. They took a water filter and a small kettle - bottled water, just in case, was additionally passed through the filter and boiled, then porridge was diluted. By the way, the milk at home (boxes of 200 ml) was cooled, wrapped in foil and put in a thermal bag. They also put jars of puree there. the bag was taken on the plane as hand luggage, flew by Ural Airlines from Yekaterinburg, no one said anything about the liquid. At the hotel, the milk was wonderfully stored in the refrigerator, and before drinking, I simply diluted it with boiling water.
Animation - I don’t know about an adult, we didn’t go, the kids club and the playground are very large, the girls are from Russia there, our children went there a couple of times during the day, they painted their faces with face painting and showed cartoons. In the evening there was a mini disco from 20.15 to 21.15. When Inna led, it was interesting, a trainee girl from Tatarstan led a couple of times - it was boring for adults to watch, but it’s normal for children, especially those who are 5 years old and younger.

Our friends went to sing karaoke - it was a couple of times in a bar behind the lagoon and near the grill bar.
Beach. Another advantage of the hotel. the lagoon is large, the entrance to the sea is fenced with a net so that the fish do not swim. The beach is very large, there were always sunbeds, although we were on the May holidays and there were a lot of people. The reef is just gorgeous, you just need to go into the sea in the right place. The main people are trying to look out for something from a concrete spit, but you have to go into the sea from the very right point (if you are facing the sea) of the beach, you can go there on the pebbles and without slippers for swimming but I prefer slippers. 100 meters ahead to sail and there is a reef. Full of fish. Including "Napoleon" 1.5 meters.
Pools. 3 pools and a separate water park with 6 slides. It is open 4 hours a day. There is no special crowd. "Olympic" pool, a pool with a bar and a pool with two children's slides and a water polo area. It was also possible to learn scuba diving in the Olympic pool for an additional fee. It was also possible to rent cars for children, bicycles and strollers (from 300 to 900 rubles per day for strollers).
Shopping. Our friends (they were the first time in Egypt) first signed up for a free bus from the Tez-tour to the Cleopatra store. We already knew that usually everything is exorbitantly expensive in such stores, because the Tez-tour receives a percentage of all purchases. But we decided go and orient yourself on the spot. It was allotted to be in the store for 45 minutes, we all went around in 10, and there was still a trip to the "oil factory" ahead, but in principle we didn't need to go there. And the kids are already crying. As a result, so that we would not bring confusion to the rest of the group, the tour guide caught us a taxi and seven of us (4 adults and 3 children) went back to the hotel for $ 4. On the way, we discovered that very close to the hotel is the "Cleopatra Bazaar", where no one sticks to you and the prices are very small. So it’s better not to go anywhere, but to buy everything there : ))) And more about shopping - on the last day of rest, we found the Senzo Mall, something like the Egyptian Mega, walk about 20 minutes, taxi 2 dollars. There are also boutiques with normal European clothes and a supermarket with Spines food - there is a lot of Nestle baby food, diapers, tampons, watermelons, halva (for $ 2, at the airport - $ 5). The only thing is that they only take pounds there. But there is a bank in the shopping center, you can change it, only the queue is like a mausoleum : ) And in conclusion - the weather was super, 28-32 in the afternoon and 25 in the evening, we somehow went in mid-April - it was it’s cool because of the wind, so it’s better to go closer to the end of April, then the children will also be able to swim in the sea (we even bathed for 10 months, the child slept like a log after that and ate just fine : ) For 10 days from Yekaterinburg they paid 64 thousand for 2 adults and 1 child (the smallest child is only $50 per plane). We are planning to stay in the same hotel in autumn!
