We stayed at the hotel on 07.09. -14.09. 2021 (2+1). We arrived in the morning, arrived at the hotel at about 8 am, immediately put on bracelets and invited us to have breakfast and return for documents in an hour. At about 11 o'clock we already took the keys to the room, without scandals, without surcharges. The room was from an older one (as I understand it, these are the rooms of the Jasmine Hotel, which is under renovation), but we went to the beach from 8 in the morning and returned only to change, wash and sleep, so we had more than enough.

The territory is not small, there is where to walk, there are many shops both on the beach and near the reception (it’s not worth going to a shop tour from a tour operator, everything can be bought on site at the same price, or even cheaper).
The downside is the lack of free wi-fi, here it is $6 per day, so you should buy a SIM card at the airport or at the vodafone counter near the reception.

There are 3 beaches that you can use, for every taste: with stones and with sand.
The best sandy beach for families with children is to the left of the fish restaurant. Sunbeds and mattresses are free, it’s real to take a place. The sea is warm, clean, not deep right away, there are low tides at lunchtime, then it’s generally super for the kids. The beach is monitored, the sand is periodically removed, there are lifeguards who constantly monitor children and adults. Towels are provided and can be replaced with fresh ones every day. There is a snack bar on the beach, they serve different dishes and often 2 options a day: french fries, pizza, shawarma, who-dog, burger, kebab; there is a separate table with vegetables, fruits, desserts, a bar with drinks and a coffee machine (better take coffee here, because the coffee in the main restaurant is terrible).

Regarding the pool, we did not swim there, because we came to the sea, and not to sit in the pool. However, the pools are clean, there are both for children and adults. The pools have bars, they also give ice cream at certain times.
You can visit the water park on the territory of the neighboring Ali Baba Hotel for free, within a 5-minute walk from the reception.

As for food, I’ll say right away that we weren’t hungry, the food is good, you can also take a place, the hotel was busy in the first days, then there were almost no problems with tables. Breakfasts are usually standard: tables with vegetables, fruits, cheeses, pastries, milk with breakfast cereals, yogurt, various types of fried eggs, pancakes, donuts, side dishes. For lunch and dinner, 2 types of first courses are always served, vegetables and salads, side dishes (rice, pasta, potatoes, couscous, beans, vegetable stews, etc. ), meat and fish. During the day, they always gave 2 types of meat (for example, chicken and veal liver, chicken and log kebab, beef goulash and cutlets, turkey), fish fillet in batter almost daily, pastries, desserts, fruits (melon, apples, oranges, pamelo , pomegranate, dates).

Always organized a street grill with meat for dinner.
There are 2 hot open servings, usually they bake hot pizza or khachapuri, eggs and omelettes, seafood or cook warm pasta with sauces. Twice they gave crabs and squids, once big fried shrimp, tuna. With free drinks tea, coffee, juices (but chemical), circles, fanta, sprites, soda, whiskey, brandy, vodka, gin, wine. Alcohol, as everywhere in Egyptian hotels, is not of very good quality. We rested 6 years ago in Turkey in a good, expensive hotel and we were fed worse than here.
Clean every day if you leave a sign. They provide water to the room every day.
We did not go with high expectations, but we really liked the rest, if they had given the best room, it would have been 9, and so 7 without hesitation.
There are people who initially already set themselves up for everything bad and criticism, then they spoil the rest themselves. You should understand the specifics of the region, value for money.
If you want chic / shine, then of course, then the budget will be 80 thousand UAH for two, so everything here corresponds to the price. I don’t know how a hotel on the sea can “impress” according to some reviews, this is not a tourist location, not an architectural monument, it’s just a place of infrastructure on the sea, so everything you need is there.
