Rested in Samake Comfort in 2006. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. The reception gave a good room on the third floor without any extra charge. The air conditioner was noisy, but it was fixed the next day. The room was not very bad with a view of both the sea and Hurghada, with a huge balcony. Cleaned every day, towels were also changed every day, there was always hot water.
As for the food: the food was good, tasty and plentiful.
For breakfast: vegetables, sausage, a lot of cheese (terribly tasty), cereals, boiled fried eggs, some fried sausages, potatoes of all kinds, a lot of pastries.
Lunch was more modest: but you could always order hamburgers, sandwiches with french fries. What is convenient dined at the bar, which is located on the beach. There was no need to go anywhere, change clothes, and if you want to drink while lying on the sun, or drink, you don’t have to go far.

For dinner, it was generally full of everything: several types of meat (I really liked the stew in sauce) and chicken and fish, just in abundance. Fruits, as elsewhere in season: melons, watermelons, mangoes, grapes. From the food, it was mostly tasteless: fish (similar to our fried herring with a bunch of seasonings), wine, too sweet and strong, but beer must be given its due, we really liked it, they only drank it.
At the expense of the beach: almost everyone swam from the pier, there was a ladder for entry, the water was clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. We came to the beach no earlier than 10-30 and never had a problem with sunbeds.
Once a week, evenings were held with dinner under the open sky, with dancing.
And to sum up: the hotel is not bad, everything is done in it so that you can relax calmly. I think that you should not overpay for 5 *, because. in Egypt you will find something to spend money on.
