Before the trip, we read reviews about this hotel, but given the tendency of our people to exaggerate and the fact that we had a very busy program and the hotel was only needed to spend the night, we decided to go there anyway. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. This hotel is not suitable for living in principle. It must go bankrupt any day, and in anticipation of this solemn moment, they continue to sell tours there, scoring everything. But I'll tell you about everything in order.
Hotel.
The building itself is in a very sad state, the rooms as well. Plus, there are large, fearless cockroaches in the rooms. No room cleaning at all! ! ! Those few guests of this, so to speak, "hotel" independently take out the garbage into the corridor and leave it there. Therefore, to get into the room you have to go through this garbage dump. I even photographed it.

Water in the room is not always there, especially finished off when we arrived from Luxor, we wanted to wash ourselves, but there is no water! ! ! At the ricepshine, at first they were fed with promises that water would be brought soon, but then they said that there would be no water today and they could not help us in any way. I'm not even talking about changing linen or towels. By the way, there are no beach towels either. They also indicate that they have a billiards table (for a fee), but this table is upholstered and you can’t even play it for free.
Swimming pool.
You can’t swim in the pool, the water is cloudy, with some kind of flakes and dirt at the bottom. When we approached the pool just to look at it, some Arab decided that we wanted to swim, ran in and started waving his arms and shouting know, know.
Nutrition.
It is practically non-existent. That is, it seems to be there, but practically ...We were there 2 times. For breakfast we were given an omelet, more like matzah, some jam and makcoffee.
The omelette was fried without oil, burned, and when trying to pry with a fork, it simply broke. Yes, omelet and jam were served on the same plate) We decided to go for lunch. We were warned that if there were few visitors, there would be no buffet breakfast. It was also not available for dinner, which consisted of undercooked vermicelli and a cutlet, which, in terms of the degree of roasting and hardness, was not inferior to the morning omelet. We didn't go there again. There was a very good Barracuda restaurant next to the hotel, where for 10 Euros for two you could have a great meal and watch an oriental show that they had every evening. To give an example of the price in this restaurant: Barracuda specialty (rice boiled in fish broth, three large pieces of fish, salad, 2 types of sauces, bread and hibiscus) costs 30 pounds! ! ! Pound to dollar 7:1.
Beach.
There is a beach, although they do not write that its width is about 10-15 meters, but this is not scary, since there are no visitors and it is empty.
The problem is that a new high-rise hotel has been built there (red in the photo) and it blocks the sun. After lunch, the beach is completely in the shade. There are reefs, but they are practically dead, there are very few living pieces. Although the fish, albeit a little, but there, not everyone has escaped yet)
Tours
Excursions and the sea is what it is worth going to Egypt for. We went every day, on boats, quad buggies, got a lot of fun.

I was glad that we didn’t come across morons-maydauns on any excursion, all people behaved adequately, which, given the huge money that is poured into propaganda in Ukraine in order to quarrel us, is especially pleasant. Tourists from Ukraine, getting into a normal situation without this hysteria, when they shout about “Russian aggression” and “nuclear strikes” from all angles, seeing the support and sympathy for our troubles from the Russians, they forgot the horror that is happening at home and could have a normal rest . A little disappointed 1001 nights.
They covered the stands with glass and immediately lost the sense of the reality of what was happening and the feedback from the actors, who do not see the audience and do not hear their applause, but for the actors this is important.
By the way, maybe it will be useful for someone, the maximum prices for excursions:
1001 nights – 25$/person
Utopia Island - 25$/person
Island "Giftun" - 15$/person
Big-Safari - 45$/quad (large program)
Quad-Safari - 15$/quad (small program)
LUXOR - 45$/person
Water park "Jungle" - 30$/person
I emphasize that these are the maximum reasonable prices, it can be cheaper, but not by much. And it will take a lot of time to bring down at least a couple of dollars, so think about it.

Conclusion: although we are picky people and did not come to sit in a hotel, it was too much even for us. There is some necessary minimum, even for 2 stars, which must be met. It’s a little unclear how Join Up allowed this hotel to be sold without even checking the hotel’s compliance with its description.
Plus, their guide, some kind of schmuck arrived, didn’t even ask how we got settled, if there were any questions, start pushing excursions on the move, it was sent and evaporated to the ends. In general, there are questions for the operator, we will deal with them again.
