отель - Г....НО hotel - G .... BUT

My husband and I rested in Almaty for 2 weeks (from 4 to 18 January). Traveled with a child (1 year 10 months). The hotel is just HORRIBLE!!!!! ! We will never go there again in our lives. good reviews about this hotel are left either by the travel agencies themselves, or by those who are abroad for the first time. my husband and I travel at least 4 times a year, it happens more often, but we got into such a NIGHTMARE for the first time!!! ! used to rest in 3 stars, but this hotel (and the whole golden five complex) does not even pull for 3 stars, bed & breakfast in London is even better. the rooms in almas are obscenely old, there has clearly not been a repair there since the day of construction, all the electrics are caroting, sparks are flying (they were afraid for the child), there are huge cockroaches and mice in the rooms, they clean disgustingly, when changing towels they bring other people's dirty, bedding linen is laid wet (not dried and not ironed). the food is disgusting - the cutlets are burnt, you can’t chew the meat, the pangasius stinks, the dessert is dried up 2 days ago, the dishes in the restaurant are dirty (food leftovers on forks, fingerprints and lips on glasses). The most TERRIBLE that we as a whole family POISONED in this hotel: the child had vomiting for THREE DAYS!!! ! The doctor demanded a bribe of $100 (it's good that I'm a doctor myself, I did it on my own); I got poisoned 3 times, also with vomiting, my husband twice. at the same time (!!!!! ) we didn’t eat anywhere except the hotel restaurant (we didn’t even eat on the beach). There is a Hotel Emeral in this system - it was built recently, but this is its only plus, mice and cockroaches have already settled there. To move into it, the Pegasus guide took $ 100 from us !! ! Pegasus deceives tourists - everyone is first settled in a terrible al mas or diamond, then they take an additional payment and, out of "great mercy", they move to emerald and there is still one new building from these hotels. My advice to you - if you want to irreparably spoil your vacation - go to the golden five!
