We flew and arrived at the hotel without incident. The weather was pleasing. And the beginning of our holiday at the hotel did not bode well. Everyone at the reception was offered a cold drink and offered to dine while they processed our paperwork. The building where the reception and the restaurant is located is very beautiful, a magnificent lobby with beautiful and comfortable furniture, a chic staircase to the second floor - to the restaurant. We had a good meal at the restaurant, although we suffered a lot later on. . . Full and satisfied, we went down to the reception and then began our ordeal. There was an impression that they tried to shove us all into the most lame rooms. My friend and I were sent to a one-story building near the Aqua Park - the entrance to the room is directly from the street, the outer wall and doors are glass, curtained from the inside. Under the number, people defile back and forth, so the curtains should always be closed. No sun for you, no view from the window. Grabbing our suitcases, we again dragged ourselves to the reception. . As it turned out = half the group had already gathered there, the rest pulled themselves up a little later. After lengthy proceedings, we were taken somewhere again - it turned out - to the same building, but a different number. We began to understand what the boomerang feels, because we were again drawn to the reception with irresistible force. And again, we were not the only ones! Finally got a room in the fifth building. But with one big bed. Since the time was approaching 5 o'clock and it was already beginning to get dark, we gave up on this little thing. Then we hung on the phone for a couple of hours and asked, and then demanded towels and drinks. Finally brought. In general, if without details - not 5 stars. Three at best. The only thing that reconciled with the hotel is a chic huge territory. After all, five hotels are located on it at once. As we later found out, the most decent one is the Golden Club. And the Paradise inside is also very beautiful and the restaurant is not bad. Let them be further from the beach, but the level is much higher. Pleased with the sea and a good beach with corals nearby. And yet - the animators tried very hard - they are 5 plus! And if someone has questions - I will answer with pleasure.
