We just arrived from the Almaz Palace hotel, rested 3 adults, 11 days, 70.000. Tour operator PEGAS, I don’t know whose merit, but the flight was thrown back and forth. In Egypt, not 1 time and have something to compare. Arriving at the hotel at 8:30, we filled out the register card, put $ 20 in our passports, changed clothes and went to look at the territory. At 12 at the reception Sheriff (damn him!!! ) said that the room was being cleaned, but you can look. When they saw the room, they were horrified: 2 "rooms", one of them is a walk-through and with a false ceiling, part of which was missing and there were just holes! There were no windows either.... there was just a bed and that's it, in the other there were 2 beds, a cabinet with a TV and a wardrobe. All the furniture is so old that you can just throw it in the trash and no one will pick it up! We asked for another room but were told there were no more rooms! Only 2 locals and a cot for them.... looking at such a number, the staff themselves told us that there was no room for a folding bed.... Tired and lost, we came back to the reception.... but there is nothing.... Only eat all the time send. As a result, by 14.30. !!!! ! we were led to watch another room, it was a little better than the previous one, and we stayed there completely exhausted. The furniture was still the same old, the air conditioner rattled like a tractor, there was dirt and sand all around, even in the closet on the shelves, what can I say about the floor !!! ! It is better not to touch table lamps and floor lamps: they fall apart in your hands! Our room was in a bungalow building 2, in the corridors and on the balconies there were lizards (our friends had them in the room), in the bathroom there were ants on the towels !!! ! Friends also had cockroaches! And the carpet in the room is not just old, but all sorts of obscurantists have probably already settled there too !!! ! I heard at the reception the tourists with the Koral guide were also arguing about the room. Were removed badly, if it can be called cleaning, towels were changed only on a call to the reception, but there are ants in them !!! ! They seemed to be fed well, but for some reason all three had diarrhea !!! ! And there was a lot of fruit, and ice cream, and chicken every day, even crabs were somehow, but worms crawled in the grapes and the appetite was gone !!! ! We went to a la carte restaurants: the choice is bad, it’s better to eat in your restaurant. And now about the pros: the sea is good and the fish swim, but by the end of the vacation a lot of tourists came and the garbage floated in the water. Sunbeds occupied at 8-9 we had enough. Gorki. . . so old that it’s scary to ride, she swept on 3 slides, as a result, she injured her hand and, like a grater, rubbed her fifth point. The central hill has always been closed: the crack is big. Tiles in the pool are laid right during the day when everyone is swimming, and in general, construction work, garbage and building materials are on the territory. We went on 2 excursions. Overview of Hurghada - about nothing.... I drove around my stores and in 1st place and that's it.... didn't see the city! The island of Utopia is generally not bad, it's a pity the scenario was repeated with a paradise island !! ! Local merchants are terribly annoying and intrusive. Singing fountains are interesting to see, but then 2-3 times are not interesting.... There is animation, but a lot of things are paid: a fish party, a foam disco, etc. We went to a la carte restaurants: the choice is bad, you better eat in your restaurant. If you are ready to relax with all these problems, then please! Perhaps you will have better luck!....I am satisfied only with the sea and the weather, but I try not to remember the number.....but I would not recommend such an OLD hotel to my friends!!! ! And it's still good that everything worked for us, our friends also had a condo drip, and the safe was opened with a grinder !!!! ! And they cut off the electricity for the whole evening !!!! !
