The hotel was booked two months in advance. My husband and I came to Hurghada for the fourth time. We were on many excursions, but this time we planned to enjoy the sea and take advantage of all the entertainment of the hotel, which is included in the ticket. We arrived at the hotel at about 22.00. They settled us quickly. Room (No. 236) is dirty, the bathroom smells like sewage, one single bed with one pillow, a view from a small window onto a wall with air conditioning, wires, pipes.... They promised to move the next day. The next day, having paid 60 pounds at the reception (a little more than $ 10), we were immediately moved to a normal standard room (by Egyptian standards, it is 3 *). This was done not only with us, but also with those who came with children. The room is cleaned badly. The tables in the restaurant are dirty, the dishes are not washed, the glasses and wine glasses are made of plastic. The food is monotonous and without salt, there is no choice. Fruits: melon cut into pieces, dates (sometimes ripe), sometimes oranges cut into slices and once there were bananas. But most of all I was struck by the children's table: every day (for breakfast, lunch, dinner) pasta, sauce and sausages. There are more pastries: the dough is sour. The beach is dirty. On the way to the beach there is a lagoon in which cigarette butts, plastic cups, bottles float.... Animation is small and also did not like. Animators on Thursdays arrange a foam disco for $15, and on Saturdays a beach party for $5. All three shows that were at the party, we have seen before and more than once. Somewhere they performed better, somewhere worse, but here a cheap breed on the show. The rest of the days there was a disco with some kind of competition. The territory of the GOLDEN5 network is beautiful. We decided to play tennis. We signed up for the game in four days, and when we came to the tennis court, our time was simply resold. We rested with Pegasus for the first time, I didn’t like it either: the guide at the hotel does not defend the rights of a tourist, he can humiliate. We came to the conclusion that all the staff and the guide are not interested in more people coming to them, Russia is big, others will come. . and. You decide. Good luck!! !
