I write that it would be interesting to know before the trip:
1 Rested in Hurghada - Hotel Golden 5 Diamond
1. Food is basically normal - there was something for adults to choose from. There I have already said - thank God that we did not bring a child (2 years) The children's menu was mostly pasta and a couple of times the children were very happy with french fries. Soups were spicy. There was also a diet. I will not say its taste - I have not tried it, but the main thing is that the child had nothing to drink, except, of course, water and tea. .
2. Diamond - consists of a large number of two-storey cottages. The rooms are big, the furniture is old, our plumbing was normal, we lived closest to the beach, farthest from the dining room (№7). They gave $ 10 at the reception.
The main problem was the constant lack of towels - it was inefficient to call the reception.

(It only happened once - they came from a safari on ATVs, and there are no towels, well, then I told them - in 5 minutes there were towels). In other cases, the cleaner was caught and he brought for a dollar. This is the policy of making money. Our friends were fine. Apparently it depends on the cleaner.
3, The beach is huge, but vacationers have a policy to take seats both on the beach and by the pool and as a result there are no places on the beach or by the pool (I mean in the shade, free sunbeds can always be found). And the hotel management does not stop it. Our mother went to the beach at 7 o'clock, and we later pulled up.
3, Excursions - went to Luxor (very difficult, but once worth going - to get to know the real Egypt). ATV safari in the desert + evening entertainment show (I really liked everything - except food).
By the way, the safari was ordered from the locals, it turned out to be much cheaper than from the tour operator, although the latter was very scared not to order from the locals, they say, they will cheat.
4, A few words about the tour operator. Voucher from Karia-tour, but there is no such operator in Egypt, and there is an Annex-tour. After the trip to Turkey, we vowed never to use the services of this operator again and we can imagine what was our surprise when we arrived and we were told - "Annex tour, here, please. "(When ordering vouchers, I said, but not Annex-tour: -).
What surprised me was the guides of the annex tour. During the trip to Luxor, the guide (local) told which karkade tea is good (whole dark flowers) and which is not (he called everything else garbage and they do not drink this tea). And he said that we can buy quality tea for you in bulk and it will be cheaper than in Hurghada.
