1) Numbers:
a) aroma - as if cockroaches were poisoned here, not very strong for 2-3 days, it practically became invisible,
b) the furniture is beautiful, there is a style, clean but old, what do I mean by the word old ? , it doesn’t close well, scratched, something finally opens and doesn’t close, in general it’s not antique but it looks very worn (and this is a 5-star hotel)

c) bathroom - uuuuu, even 3 stars is a lot, everything is done as if there is no master here, like Mohamed, go install a shower, otherwise he went and installed it (the main thing is worth it) and this is not only a shower, but everything, even tiles like that ugly put what you look and it's a shame

So I changed them to the same one but bigger and with a balcony, and it’s not like you were unlucky, I was in 2 other rooms in different buildings, the same thing, it’s not 5 stars, if there are rooms for 5 stars, then believe me there are only a few of them, I don’t want to prove anything, but if they said 5 stars, then excuse me, imagine what corresponds to 5 stars.
2) Restaurant:
a) the interior is beautiful like in triples or 4s and it’s not unfounded, I know what I’m saying, but it’s nice there and it’s cool there, but this is not a restaurant for 5 stars.
b) serving - what is on the table is excellent, but there are no paper napkins, and those rag ones obviously do not wash well.
c) the menu - I’ll say right away, we didn’t go hungry because there are 5 restaurants. chefs work there for a week, so if you don’t like the cuisine in diamond, you can always go to paradise, and next week a new chef will definitely appear in Diamond. In general, I do not recommend sausages and sausages. In 5 stars Hotels range should be more.
3) Territory: - large and green for this 5 points, but... is it well-groomed, cleaned? yes 3 points let them hire gardeners and do not ask for auxiliary workers. 5) The beach is really big and yes for kids. There are places where it is impossible to swim without slippers, but there is a large area where the bottom is pure sand and 25-40 meters from my waist to my chest (my height is 181cm) for children just right, where the child easily learned to swim. Having sailed further, you can admire corals, starfish, stingrays (blue-spotted stingray) and many other fish, you can see the perimeter in which it is recommended to swim, but this is the perimeter on the water there is no net to the bottom, so do not get carried away. The sand on the shore is not sand, it is sand with fine pebbles, real sand at the bottom of the sea and it is very pleasant.
6) Animation. she has a group of animators on the beach and another group in the water park, the wife participated in water aerobics and in the usual one she said that the animators are boring like they do everything and do it right but there is no spark. On Sundays they hold an olympiad between the beach team and the water park team, I participated in the first team and we won, there is no prize !! ! and after all it would be possible for the winners of a free ticket to the disco.
7) there are many different goods, but outside the hotel on the left there are many other shops where you can buy the same thing for 10 bucks cheaper, taking into account bargaining, bargain everywhere, always, with everyone.
