The people of Kiev have a proverb: "Life has cracked, I'll leave for Troyeschina. " And what about those poor fellows who live in this very Troyeshchina? Go to other pleasant places, depending on the time of year, of course.
So I, having taken my two boys 10 and 13 years old and a boyfriend, was going to "lick my wounds" after labor exploits to where eternal summer is.
We had the following requirements for the hotel: the maximum "all inclusive", the presence of a water park for children is mandatory, the first line. We had only one week to rest, and we wanted to revel in the full program.
We have been deceived!! ! This was not a five star hotel, but a super duper five star!!!

Not only was the meeting at the airport "without a hitch, without a hitch" (received by the Pegas travel agency), they also gave a room without any presents with a sea view, the size of our Kiev apartment, with a balcony like our nursery and a bathroom from my bedroom : ). I, short-sighted, could not see the TV from the bed (however, we had no time to watch it).
We could eat at any restaurant from 4 hotels located on the territory of the Golden Five City, which included our hotel. We quickly found out that in one of the restaurants (Golden Five Club Hotel) there was always a lot of fruit, in another (Paradise) we liked sweets, in the third (Al Mas) they cooked meat perfectly, and the fourth was just nearby. It was also possible to have a snack both on the territory of the water park and on the beach... We quickly got tired of this "belly feast", and we went to Cairo.
Cairo - my dream - surprised me in two ways: firstly, with dirty streets (perhaps the local janitors had just a professional holiday on the day of our excursion), and secondly, with pyramids protruding from behind modern buildings. Looking at the wonder of the world is a real buzz, despite the heat.
Then we also visited (where to go! ) the Sphinx, perfume, papyrus shops and went to the Cairo Museum. We got acquainted with sarcophagi and mummies, grew up culturally : )), and returned to our already beloved Diamond.
The rest of the time, our company did not leave the territory, except for a trip to Hurghada for souvenirs on the eve of departure.
We swam in the sea and pools, with bated breath rushed down the slides in the water park, learned to dance Latin and belly dance with animators, played billiards, tennis and mini-golf (an hour is free, included in the tour package, but for some reason not everyone uses it : )). The children really enjoyed playing big chess. For ladies - all sorts of different gymnastics-aerobics, so I, despite the abundance of goodies at the table, noticeably built up. And my boyfriend even took the title "Mr. Golden Fife City", which struck me on the spot : ))).

I didn't want to leave, to be honest. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours due to snowfalls in Europe, and when we arrived in Boryspil, it was funny to watch the neighbors who had dozed off the whole flight in sandals on their bare feet from the plane ladder straight into the snowdrift : ).
All in all, this is how we got our vacation.
We returned home as a real family, not expecting it ourselves : )). We recommend everyone to allow themselves such adventures from time to time.
